  1. Came across a little snag and would like to know how crucial this piece is. Its the sleeve type piece (dont know the actual name) that slides over the front inside bolt that the cylinders mount up to. It was bent up and I couldn't get the cylinder to sit over because it had to be perfectly round for it to slide over so I just ripped it out as it was lodged in there pretty good. Do I need to track down another one or do I not need this piece? Last in the pic you can see the studs to the right of the pic, those are apparently the studs for my cool head but they are threaded the whole way along the stud and have no gap like the stockers. Is this normal or should I try to track down new cool head studs as well. I just want to get this bike back together as it has been sitting for 3 months now but little crap keeps on popping up.
  2. sounds like you have an air leak somewhere. Did it run fine before the cool head install?
  3. first off man, nowhere in my post did I bash you or anything so telling me to "screw myself" I dont appreciate. I also dont care if you sold 50 other parts on here. I was simply letting you know that after this whole wait period I finally got my parts that were suppose to be here in November. And yes you did offer to buy new pistons for the bike but I was nice enough to let you talk to your damn builder to clear it up so you wouldn't have to fork out the extra cash on something that was your builders problem. So saying "screw you" is like a kick in the face, I didn't blow your spot up on here when the parts never showed up did I? I easily could have but I gave you benefit of the doubt that you were clearing everything up in a timely manner. Guess next time I will just be a dick about the whole thing. Now back to the numbers, the reason I am asking is because they are different on each piston and I want to know if its a size difference because one of the pistons almost feels to big for the one cylinder. I want to make sure they are basically the same size and not off, that is it.
  4. yeah after 3months they finally showed up. I just want to know what the numbers mean before I go throwing them in and causing some issues.
  5. I just found it odd that both numbers are completely different. Would like to know exact size of each one or whatever those numbers mean cause I know they also identify with letters such as the K and the J.
  6. Been searching around for a little and got most of my answers need but still need help on the final part. I have been trying to identify my pistons but can only go so far. Each piston has the markings 513M06500 which I have tracked down to being wiseco 65mm pistons. The part that has me confused is each piston has a different number above that. One piston has 6552K and the other 3245J. Can anyone identify what those numbers mean? Thanks
  7. i had 2 warriors a few years ago that did the same thing, it had to do with the reverse switch on one of them and the p-brake on the other. I remember having to go to the wires under the nose piece near the bars and splicing the brown and yellow wire together to solve the issue. I cant be positive if those are the right colors but I believe they are. Either way pull the fenders off and look at the wires and see if anything is cut or spliced.
  8. is this a question or are you complaining because your not throwing as much smoke as you were before?
  9. wow man your saying doylestown got 2-3inches? I use to live about 5 miles south of that and my mom told me today when I talked to her there was a dusting and nothing more. Kinda crazy its that big of a gap between amounts 5miles away.
  10. I would find out if those cases have been switched out ever cause with the 2GU thats an 87 or 88 motor.
  11. i think for that price you should leave out the o-ring kit and give it to me!!! That is a great deal, esp with the new domes that got cut for about $100.
  12. if you got the jugs off, i would get them ported while you can
  13. yeah I would have no problem buying you head but you got to remember I would have to still get dones since your are for strokers. Still a possibilty but hell If i dont buy your head, I will buy thr o-ring kit from you at least, dick. what going on with the trinity head your waiting on anyhow
  14. you sold parts that were bad and warning people to watch out from being ripped off? Is that what your saying?
  15. not to bad of a price, i have 118.14 in my paypal if you do decide to go lower, just PM me. Good luck on the sale
  16. you get me email addy in my reply PM?
  17. whats up with thAT +4 swinger I PM'd you about?
  18. that thing is pretty badass
  19. might want to make an actual list of what it has done as you only have minimal posts and you state we know it has the best. I truthfully have no idea what you have done to it so it would be nice to know everything. Plus location as well.
  20. Dont worry about it, once we get that motor figured out and dropped in we will just cut the chain to length, easy enough so hopefully this weekend we can get it done if the motor is ready. Did you get a new flywheel puller yet?
  21. Didnt you get a 120 link? If thats the case once everything is back together we'll slap it on and cut it down, takes 2 seconds to do. Unless you bought a chain smaller than 114 or so then we may have some issues. There also is no real way to know the exact size until its measured and cut for your set-up now that i think of it.
  22. you have any pics of your set-up? Do you need stock jugs as well or do you already have them?
  23. jay any more updates on your set-up?
  24. hmmm, for some reason I thought it was a 33mm, not sure why though
