dont really know exactly what your saying but what size carbs are you running? You were going to change your jetting so you only bought one 190 jet? Did you try to only switch one jet out or something? Doesnt make sense to me so maybe I'm just reading your post wrong or is that what you are trying to explain?

i just went to a pod set up as well and I was at 280 mains with the stock box, now I'm at 320 and it falls off a little 3/4 throttle. Ran out of time to test more but expect to be up around that range of jetting, seems typical

what parts are you putting back together? The whole thing, bottom end, top end, etc?

it ran fine before he said until the cheap pre-mix was put in so jetting wouldn't be the issue. Most likely still has bad gas or something else is going on which could of just happened at the same time. Could be flywheel key, ign coil, or many other things but most likely its still something with the pre-mix. If the ign coil is bad just by chance, it will cause intermittent firing and wont burn off the fuel, which can seem like a rich condition but isnt. I still say make sure you have fresh gas with the correct pre-mix and make sure your air filter and carbs are free of dirt and crud Also pull the carbs off and clean them with carb cleaner or something similar, make sure the main jet is free of dirt and is free flowing.

how did you clean the carbs? Did you disassemble the carbs completely? Did you put them back together correctly? if you didnt completely pull them apart, maybe you need to, to make sure they are def clean inside.

well you said it happened as soon as you put in the cheap pre-mix I would assume its still something with that. Is your filter clean as well? What premix are you running now. If its not the pre-mix the same thing you described happened when my ign coil went bad. It would rev fine in neutral but as soon as any type of load was put on the bike it would break up real bad.

Before: Everything was spray painted by the previous owner... Plastics were sprayed blue with the frame and everything sprayed black, no prep at all from previous owner After PC and paint, still need rear fenders...

by chance do you know how offset they are or have a pic while they were on the bike?

Just seeing if anyone has anything I need, would like to maybe trade my set of wheels and tires for another set that are offset to widen up my stance a little. I have stock rims with 22" pure sports on the rear with a lot of tread and stock tires up front with decent tread. Would like to be local to Mesa AZ if possible but besides that Looking for a pod filter set-up for stock carbs, stock cross over tube, and even a tors eliminator kit if someone has one laying around before I buy off the net.

what mods are done to the pred? I use to own one of them and as soon as a better exhaust and filter is on them things they open up a ton. Banshee do as well but when I put a trinity full system on with an open filter set-up it was an insane jump in performance. Preds are not slow by any means either, but it depends on what is done to it. If its stock and your losing like that, you got some issues going on.

yeah I'm tired of people wasting my time, they always say they can only pick it up during the week so i take a day off, they never show, and then I dont hear from them. I already lost a few days pay because of the crap so I would just like to take the hit and get it gone.

yup on FSC under the same name as here, same with fullsizechevy and SSS.com and pt.net. I figured more people are on my level here since it deals with pulling our toys

yeah I'm pulling it with a 6.0, few add ons but nothing major, 4.10 gears as well. The trailer does pull very easy, almost like its not there but I never pulled it really on any long trips or major highways.

good stuff, I was referring to kaotik though because your post wasnt up when I replied, lol. But anyhow, so with your 8.5x20 what kind of hitch set-up is it? A regular one or 5th wheel type? What do you pull it with as well?
