  1. What color is the plastic and where are you located at?
  2. Your right on the money there platinum.
  3. if you are completely stock you should be getting alot of ride time on it if it is tuned correctly and well maintained. but like chase said get a compression tester. It depends on your elevation but a bone stock shee should be somewhere around 135psi if you get down to 90-100 it is time for a rebuild.
  4. I believe 1 1/2 turns is stock this should be fine, and don't set your idle using them.
  5. Hey baja where are you located?
  6. the tires i run other than paddles are 20x10x9 turf tamers and i run about 2lbs in them they seem to hook up really well in grass and dirt but for me drag racing a shee your not gonna get the full effect until you hit the pavement! get that 450 on pavement and you'll see a totally different outcome.
  7. I think you just need to keep your dumbass comments to yourself. I have had nothing but good from Jeff. Everything gets here on time and sometimes early. I still have alot to order just waiting on the funds and I won't hesitate to call Jeff. Thanks again Jeff.
  8. it would be better if you just post the pics. lets see this thing!
  9. you could set it on 0 and have no problem but it was a waste of money buying the timing plate! just set it at +4 and run a little better gas like 91 would be fine or whatever your gas station sells some sell 93. What is your compression? this also plays a toll. also list all of your mods this will help us. ex.(pipes, filters, airbox mod, jets, porting,or anything you can think of.)
  10. how long is that swinger? never mind i see it now!
  11. so when you have the bike in 1st gear and put the impact on the nut the flywheel turns without the bike moving?
  12. Just use a good impact and it should turn it quick enough it will come off before then engine really has any time to turn over. but if it doesn you could just put it in gear.
  13. I guess I could chime in and give Andy another compliment on his workmanship. I had the same problem as Travis but it really wasn't no big deal and as the welds go they do hold cause with my big ass beaten the shit out of it it bent instead of breaking but only because i was doing "things I shouldn't be doing" like NYUK stated some of his friends did.
  14. hell yeh that is a great idea! keep up the good work.
  15. how much did it cost if you don't mind me asking?
  16. Have you tried Jims Sand Toys in LS.
  17. I might be mistaken but I don't think there is a front motor mount bolt! or is there?
  18. who built the swingarm?
  19. Same here.
  20. That means that the stroke of the rd400 crank is 8mm longer than that of the stock banshee(54mm). This means that the piston will move 4mm lower and 4mm higher with the rd crank over the stock one.
  21. I know that says 1/4 but I am pretty sure the main fuel line is 5/16, well atleast mine is. and then vent lines are 1/8. If you have a hobby shop near by you could go there and get pretty much any color you want, might cost a little more though.
  22. 22 inch realtors! man those are some really heavy tires but they should help you a little on the top end cause they are tall.
  23. Man standing up with a 10 over that is pretty impressive especially with your mods. That must be one aggresive drag port. I only have a plus 4 with my mods and 17/41 gearing and i can just hold it pinned and dumped the clutch and it doesn't try to stand up at all. but hopefully your 7 over will work.
  24. on all the bikes i get and they tell me to remove what they don't need i take all the black tape off and completely remove all the wires(not needed)completely to the cdi. but what you are asking just tape the wires off singely.
  25. I would go back to your 160 main. how did it run with them in? 178 sounds a little rich to me. I am at 1000ft and i had 140's in my 35's when i was on gas.
