  1. a big problem I had I could never figure out, sometimes you'll put the slides in the wrong carb, (at least I did with out paying attention) and it'll run just will bog out on bottom end.
  2. Get a manual, if you're stumped take pics, and post them on here, well help you through it.
  3. btw, you have about 3k-3500 in parts you just listed.
  4. So you want the price of a shee, with these parts, that you haven't bought yet, because you're going to sell it and buy a truck? Come on kid, just sell your banshee to me now, and go buy a truck.
  5. Haha, he included them in the piston boxes. I just didn't look there, I assumed he threw them away. I ordered new ones anyway. Thanks.
  6. I'd try that, and also make sure your slides aren't backwards on your carbs.
  7. Why the hell aren't they just blocked off. I hope he still has the plugs, or I wonder if I can get from yami.
  8. And is it possible to run without them. I took my cylinders to the machine shop, got them back today. I got home and noticed the rubber plugs under the exhaust on the bottom of the cylinders where gone. What are these for, and what should I do about it?
  9. you're gains will be minimal from over-boring. Stick with the lowest bore, and save precious bores for if something goes wrong.
  10. If you're getting into the sport seriously, larger displacement + more compression = more torque, more torque = more low end.
  11. I dunno if her tests are right... cause I deiseled on that gas last year when i rebuilt my last banshee. I had to goto RTD and buy Klotz ran fuel.
  12. Your elevation is +785 ft, chances are you'll need race fuel.
  13. My mods are listed in my sig, I have a few toss ups though I want your guys opinions on. I don't know what sprocket sizes to run, nor swing arm(but I'm thinking +6 on the swing arm). Also, I was looking at a set of GRR Inframes, but my riding style varies. I'm building it to be a drag/hill climber, but I want to be able to navigate hills, not just tear up them pinned, and a few trails(hardly any). Which sprockets/swing arm size/pipes do you prefer for my style of riding? Also what do you think of JT sprockets.
  14. Anyone ran them/know someone that does? I'd like to have a little more info on these.. he's selling more sets on ebay, for $600. Says they out-perform any other pipes out. I'll be running a drag ported +4 12 Port, just wonder how nice they'll be with that.
  15. Ohh it doesn't matter if its choked? Hm.. I misread the first time.. I would still bump your pilots one, if it bogs off the line and still don't idle take it back down to 25 and cancel that possibility out.
  16. ...maybe you didn't see it the first time. Your mains have little to do with low-mid idle/throttle. Switch your pilot to a 27.5 and see if it helps. You using the choke to make it run longer means it needs more fuel. GL.
  17. Lean pilot jet.
  18. ENGINE ICE - HANDS DOWN. I've ran it in my last banshee, will run it in this one. Don't care how much it cost, after I'm done with it I can dump it in the yard, its non-toxic, and it does its job to perfection.
  19. ditch the warrior motor and get a rotax.
  20. Sounds like a nice cheap solution to porting. Worth a try for people modding on a budget.
  21. RMATV is selling GForce's for 199.99, I haven't seen a lonestar that cheap Its going to be mainly drag/dune/light riding.
  22. Did you get your money back or what? I wouldn't of even paid for the polish if there were still spots that needed it. Obviously he didn't know what the fck he was doing. I'd be pissed personally.
  23. White would look super nice, but it'd be dirty all the time. I'd go with yellow.
  24. Sounds good for my setup ;x
  25. I almost promise you it was your wring catching your exhaust port, or your skirt breaking off and dropping into your crank. I had this SAME exact thing happen to me just like you described, it still started the next day, but for some reason I decided to pull the jug off, the whole skirt was missing.
