if your going to be a in the sand, sooner or later your gonna get a mild port on your engine. toomey t5's run real good with mild ports. u can find some people selling em on BansheeHQ for like 250, and u can go buy the little stuff u need, like airbox vents, jet kit, new air filter, etc.

when they arrived back to there home area, a guy knocked him out. hooked em left and right, he fell down. and the riders explained to the fireman that the gas was mixed with oil and the firemen couldnt do anything about it.

of course the bikes burnt up. the whole trailer caught on fire. and they also had to go get new tires for the rv, they got burnt.

one of these dudes i go riding with went to pismo beach the week of july 30th, he went with a bunch of young kids, around 15 and 16. they had a big ass trailer full of atvs's and dirtbikes. 2 banshees, 1 raptor, 1 yfz 450, and 2 dirtbikes. some of the dudes just got there bikes before the trip, like the banshees and shit. so anyways, most of the shit is brand new, when they got there they went riding. when they got back the tide started coming up on them, so they loaded all the bike son the big trailer and moved. it was about 3 in the morning, and the 2 young dudes were still up. they decided to light the fire. the fire started gettin low, so they put in some lighter fluid. there was a gas can full of 2 stroke gas, and somehow it caught on fire. one of the young dudes kicked the fuckin gas can, and it went underneath the trailer. as you already guessed, the trailer caught on fire. luckily my friend got his shit off right away. he cut off the safety straps and threw it off. there were 2 gas cans on the trailer that blew up. the fire department came and said they cant put out the 2 stroke gas because of the oil, so all the dudes had to watch there shit burn to nothing. they had just bought most of it. when they got back to there home, the kid who kicked the gascan on fire got knocked out. aint that a bitch? all there shit burned, and they just bought it. thats the most fucked up story u can ever hear about.

if they can dig, then they are good. i wouldnt mind buying some myself. I say go with the GBC's man, they got a reasonable price. besides, sand tires dont bald out, so they will last you a lifetime.

my uncle has a stock banshee with FMF fattys, boost bottle, k&n air filter, vented airbox,and jetted carbs. he still has the TORS system on there, and no idle kit, u think thats the problem? he says sometimes his banshee doesnt run right, it doesnt get the amount of throtle it should be getting, and I told him about TORS. I really think thats the main problem of why his banshee isnt starting in 1 kick, because I know most or all of you have a TORS removal kit on your banshees, or new carbs.

wow, thats some crazy shit. i have to actually work to start his banshee when its cold. ill ask him what jets he has on his carbs. should it be 280 or 270? hes on flat land. maybe he doesnt even have his shit jetted at all, because if he did it would start in 1 kick right? i think he just told me that because his friend bought a toomey tr6 kit and so hes saying his is jetted to.

i guess most of the people who posted didnt read that he's done auto body work for over 20 years. he can paint, he can build engines, he can make cars, and alot of other stuff. if i were to get my engine ported the only person i would probly trust is my dad, cause he knows what hes doin.

not really. my uncle has a jetted banshee, takes long time to kickstart. his friend has a banshee jetted, takes him a long time to. they just keep kicking and kicking and kicking. it takes a while for me to start my uncles banshee, but when its warm is starts right up. maybe they didnt jet it right? not sure. just wait for me to get my banshee and jet it, then ill get back to you on that kickstart with my hand.

I had an idea for a custom kickstart. the base would be a standard kickstart, the top part on the kickstart would be cut off and in replacement would be a bycycle pedal on a cylinder welded so when u kick it stays with your foot because it can rotate around like on a bike, and it being bigger making it sorta easier to kickstart your banshee.

i use ad-aware, its a pretty good program.
