  7. so i pulled my bike out today, threw a set of 340 mains in there and it hauled ass from idle to WOT. its about 75 Degrees out here. no hesitation no bogging no nothing, so im guessing it was the temperature being cold that threw my jetting off. i double checked my needles they have 6 grooves, they are in the third groove from the blunt end. another thing was on my idle screws, i didnt file down the hole all the way on the carbs so my screws werent even touching the slides @ first.
  8. yeah if everything goes right im gonna pickup a lonestar +2 anti vibe stem today for a pretty reasonable price
  9. Looking for some Standard fat boy 2 silencers. I have the quiet Fatboy 2 silencers if anybody wants to trade, i just want the regular ones.
  10. yah it was pretty cold out there no sun at all. but if im bogging is it a lean condition or rich condition
  11. i might look into them thanks guys
  12. right now i have a 310 main, stock pilots, air screws 2.5 out, Toomey Needle 3rd clip. It ran okay at the dunes but bogged alot mid throttle. I have PT Hi Revs, K&N Pods, VF3's, Coolhead 21cc domes, +4 timing. i am at sea level, and i have heard of some people running 320 mains, even 340 mains. are my mains too low? I was thinking they are because my pipes blued alot during my trip. and do i need to drop a clip on the needle?
  13. I've never tried the mids But i have some hi rev's and they are a real good pipe. Smooth powerband, pretty good low-mid. They are for sale too
  14. Yah see I don't ride every single weekend, I wish i did though.
  15. i've always had a anti-vibe in mind but is there an alternative to the flexx bars, $350 is kinda steep for me.
  16. Point me in the right direction because the dunes kicked my ass this weekend, more so the whoops. I have a steering stabilizer but not installed yet. Steering stem and handlebars are stock. What all can help out

  21. savage420 the pb blaster and the torch worked perfect. studs came right out. but one thing, do i torque by ft/lb or by something else. because i borrowed a torque wrench n torqued a srew to 5 ft/lb and the stud broke, luckily i had a extra stud. I just dont want to break anymore.
  22. i can get pb blaster from like a local auto store right? i was using a 12mm wrench and it was about to strip the screw so i stopped and yea is a POS pro design head. I should've just bought a NOSS.
  23. Ok so i got my head off... I tried to stack two nuts on top of each other, bolt them all the way down then uncrew the bottom one, that didnt work. So I need to know what is another way to remove the studs and to put the longer studs in. My friend was telling me about a stud removal tool but im not sure. What ways did you guys get the stock studs out.\ And im leaving for pismo tomorrow so it would really help.
  24. damn where the hell can i get those, lol
  25. quick question. i purchased the yfz450 hubs, spindles and rotors. My stock brake calipers wont bolt on, I guess the bolt from my banshee calipers are too short. do i need longer bolts or do i have to run yfz450 brake calipers?
