i got like 2500$ for the price of the bike and over 3 grand in accesories for a total of around 6 grand. not bad cuz its totally pimped and a new stock one is about 6 so.
i would take it off, put it in a vise and then have one person hold a peice of round iron where you want it to bend and hit it with a hammer, get it glowing red first tho so it dont break
i dont think premium gas will make that much of a difference, my banshee runs really good on co-op gas. its 87 octane ethenal mix...im switching to 91 but it has always ran very well??
i used to have trouble with that too and i had even snapped one of the bolts on a big jump, so i drilled out the holes and put 1/2 inch bolts in it. it hasnt had any snapping issues but they still loosen up. so i think im gonna pick up a new swingarm and carrier.
i have the same problem, just heat it up and put a kink in the shifter towards the back at like a 45 degree angle, then let it cool and move up like 2 inches heat it up and bend it back down, it should be nice and level and perfect height.
check the seal in the water pump. just check your oil. if its way high and milky green thats what it is. take the clutch cover off and the water pump impeller out and replace the seal in the waterpump.
hey guys i just got my new UNI filter today that i bought off of ebay and there is no insert inside of it. its just the foam filter. i have a pro design pro flow plate and i dont know how i will attatch it. any answers?
thanks
DO NOT GET THE INTEGRATED HUBS! they sound like a good thing but one of my good friends and a pro freestyle rider for H bomb films Jon Guetter had them on his 400ex and nothin but problems. the fronts were fine with the stock hubs but the integrated sucked.
just a little fare warning
