I am currently having done a F.A.S.T. dune port 4 mill stroker, with 35pwk, CPI Inframe, noss head custom domes, v Force2, Weisco pistons, K&N cut air box lid, lightened flywheel, timing advance +4, I know all run different just looking for a range. Basically what are you guys getting with your motors similar to this setup? And what is stock Max RPM and what will it be about. Thanks for your serious input.

Pm me if you want a already milled head. It was done by Boonman from this site. Did a great job milled .030 over. Domes are perfect not a knick. Off a 04 banshee. Made a big difference with the lightened flywheel and timing. Great mod.

i agree with the above I have known I wanted a shee even before I rode one. I rode a utility and my friends had raptors and other 4 strokes. Where I live there are only trails and I went into a dealership and they tried to sell me a z400 a cheaper atv at the time? Told me I would hate that shee you cant ride it in trails, Go figure guess I have more talent then him. I KNEW I wanted a banshee and every day I go ridiing I thank god I stuck with a shee. Everytime I fire it up and take it down the gravel road to warm it up, that first hit of the power band its like being free, smiles everywhere. As for the trails I have now rode every sport quad in the market and wouldn't trade any of them for my shee. I never get caught by anyone and have more fun then you would imagine. I love the fact that it is so stable. I love trails on my shee! I seriously feel that it is a great trail bike. Dont let that be a determinig factor.

well the case is apart will be putting in stroker soon. how about the fast clutch kit does it use factory hard ware.

First off I need the number for jeff at FAST. going to call him about porting my cylinders for my stroker. Second, My shee started having a problem where when I pulled the clutch in reved it, it would inch forward. I changed to a tusk clutch it was still doing it but not as bad as it is now. So what could that be. Also with the new engine what should I run I have read about FAST clutch and may go that approach but does his plates still run stock components. Thanks again for the help.

whats the highest bore that you can go on stock jugs. Is it worth it or better off to save bores for a bad day.

what cc will my engine be does the longer stroke change the cc of my engine. Just asking be cause I saw the 400 kit from alba and it dosent show any new sleves.

Is there a website for Fast? and or number? how is his work pricing, and turnover time compared to big names like trinity and Duncan?

are all 4 mills long rods as well. and i didn't mean stock pistons just stock size. what advantage would it be to go to a 420 or other big bore setups. what else would I need and is it worth it. Thanks again

ok my eng related mods are: Fattys, milled head .030 I believe, v-force 3 reeds, K&N clamp on, stock cylinders, pistons, and crank. I ride track, and wide open trails mostly some drag racing. I want to put in a 4 mill I have the understanding that with the right porting they make good torque, and Hp. So it can be sutible for my riding type. I will go with a hot rod +4 crank with plate. I want to get a head from noss can I just buy domes off him that will allow me to run with the 9?? pistons and no plate. Does he sell this or do I take his and get them cut somewhere? It I run the plate I can run stock pistons but it looks ghetoo? is that about right. It doesnt hurt anything? I want to get a porting that is for my setup and riding type I guess I need a special type to go with the +4 crank not just a standard woods port. Where is a good place to go? gorr?? I need carbs which ones? or should I ask my porter? I have someone to do the crank piston install for me so Ill just have to send out the jugs to get done. Oh and should the person who does my porting tell me what domes to put in? What esle might I be missing other then a clutch? Thanks for taking the time to help. yes its a good deal. youll know if the domes are bad if there nicked up if everything is smooth its a reall good deal used those heads still usually bring atleast 100

(been gone for awhile and not sure it this was discussed already) Just looking around the yama site and found what the new 2007 Banshee looks like. Personally I think it looks sweet just like the 03 limited but red and black flames. What would it cost me to go to canada and bring one back. Im only about 4 hrs away. I agree that you are too rich I would look in to that main setting too that can effect the needle a bit.

Mod the stock timing plate. Free and works.

I play im untouchablewu48. Some people cheat by using rulers.

Also noss dosn't require you to changes studs like some other brands

most people on here would say probably not for the simple fact, who is your local builder what are his port jobs like. .... When it comes to proting an engine you get someone who knows what there doing becaue a bad port can make a shee run like $hit. If his ports kick a$$ then not bad

Guys my she's clutch lever is getting really easy to pull back and slow to return to the engaged position (I've adusted the cable and its no use) . I also noticed the other day I had it in first and pulled the clutch in and hit the throttle. I noticed the she kept rocking forward a little every time I hit the gas. I'm guessing that I could use a new set of clutch plates and springs. My dilema is what should I get. Do I need a new basket and all that or can I just buy new plates and springs. Another question I have is what kinda plates and springs should I get. I ususally never get someting over something I want because of price but I'm kinda low on cash and was wondering how the EBC and TUSK kits are? I mean if I can get 3-4 years on a $35 Tusk kit why not?

I was reading one of my many fishing mags and the had a article about all the new out board motors that were out they rated the new bomb... 2 stroke to be the fastest, cleanest burning, and most fuel efficent. Also it didnt need serviced for a couple years. It was rated the best motor out. They went on to talk about how this was previously believed to be not possible for a 2 stroke. Why wollnt we bring some of this tech to quads or other engines. did any one see this it was a couple months ago. I believe it was sport fishing.
