  2. First post here. My Banshee runs great, pretty strong, very good take off nothing out of the ordinary. I did a compression test today and got 90psi on the left and 100 on the right. Used a gauge from O Riley's, kicked until it stopped. When measured, throttle was NOT pushed down, the elevation is about 300p (don't think it matters at all but it's what it is) and my reeds are worn (if it matters.) Pistons appear healthy and are Wiseco (about 2yrs old according to previous owner). Bike does wheelies in 2nd gear without trying much. Any ideas? This beats me, low compression but bike runs fine. Never heard that before.

  3. Can you broaden your power band with porting?

  4. Wouldn’t you still be able to dial that in how you wanted with the carb?

  5. Starts fairly good when cold with choke. Runs great in neutral and in gear when clutch is in...bogs out and dies when you try releasing clutch.

  6. I wish I had the knowledge that a bunch of these members had. Trying to learn mainly because I dont like the idea of being way out in the sand dunes or way up on a mountain and not know anything about how my "ride ticks", if you know what I mean. And yes...it has NO power at all. Sounds awesome sitting still...but I guess that doesnt count for much.

  7. Hello, I have a very similar banshee setup with T5’s, pods, +2° timing, TORS, stock carbs, Toomey needles, my jetting at 900ish ft above sea level is 25 pilot, 310 mains (I’m still 1 jet just above where I could be, but left it slightly rich for peace of mind) and the needle on the 4th notch. On my particular engine it really liked that setup and on a 60° day pulled very strong for what it is. I don’t have any pics of my plugs but I could take some if you want. Here’s a pic of the dyno graph Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
