Eric23
🤔Hello guys so I have an 03 banshee 350 that recently had carbs sync by a pro mechanic. However, after I got the bike back the bike kinda ran alil slow than usual and feels like only running off one piston. So I assumed I needed a rebuild but I wanted to take things in consideration i just replaced the spark plugs after I got it back so cant be that also when I put my hand over the silencers both feel hot and are blowing, but I have notice that the left side has oil leaking i haven't tried doing a comp test can anyone help me out do I need a rebuild or can this be a minor fix???🤔🤔🤔🤔
iTeach
I would start with the basic.  1. Find out where that leak is coming from  2. Check the compression on both cylinders.  2. Clean carburetor.  3. Make sure your premix ratio is right.     *i use high octane pump gas and Yamalube.  Hope it helps bro.
Eric23
Thanks for the reply I recently had the carbs serviced so the carbs are cleaned and sync the ratio i use is 32:1 castor 927 oil and here in Florida we have 93 gas and thats what I always use in my bikes but I will try a compression test this weekend and the leaking comming out of the left silencer and only the left one
Eric23
Hello so I was able to rebuild to bike everything good fired right up....the only problem I'm having is the powerband. When throttle is at maybe half the powerband kicks in but with WOT the powerband cuts off but if I push the throttle maybe 3/4 at low rpms the powerband is there through all gears could this be a jetting issue?
