What up guys Thanks for all the info on this site always have found what I needed.

I am in need of some help that I can not find a clear answer .

So I took my motor apart to put in an override. I decided to look in my cylinders for an  inspection I noticed that my cylinders had Some aluminum deposit on the nickasil. so I decided to Scotch-Brite it out to see the cross hatches which are slightly their motor always ran really strong I was wondering if anybody could give me some info on what I should do. I took measurements and this is what I have on top of cylinder is 2.677 bottom is 2.677 top of piston is 2.66 bottom is 2.670 ring gap is about .020 I was thinking of putting it back Together but I don’t know if I messed up by removing the aluminum from the nickasil  will my ring still seat good or should I get new rings or new pistons and rings. Any info will be appreciated thanks .
