So my banshee seems to run fine on both cylinders at idle but when I get in to the higher rpms the right cylinder  seems to dead out and stop firing  compression seems OK did the thumb trick and both seem the same. Both plugs have spark  I cleaned carbs she's geting plenty of fule also checked reeds. Any help would be appreciated

I agree with Keno, sounds like a carb issue.  Also do an actuall compression test with a quality gauge. Also it might be an air leak, but best guess is carb.     I had the same issue but mine was the left cylinder and the carbs werent sank, now it runs great though.

Carb bowls on correct side
Choke tube on
Carbs clean
Jets correct size and clear
Carbs synchronization is correct

If one hole goes dead, I’d place bets on carbs. Do a real compression check so (1) you know it’s good, and (2) so you have a baseline that you can refer to as things wear out.

Check all of the above. ^

Ricky, ricks, or RM stator?

Check the pick up gap. That’s the sensor to the flywheel tabs.

Check the spark plug boots and make sure the end of the wire is also good.

Do the spark plugs have solid tops or do they have that bull shit twist on top?
