NewShee Posted March 19, 2019 Report Share Posted March 19, 2019 So did a squish test by laying my solder across the piston and rolling engine over by hand and it measured .080" to big and out of spec. The engine is a fresh build top and bottom with everything new and stock except for the following exceptions. Stock cylinders are a fresh bore and hone to 64.75mm, pistons are Wiseco 513M06475. Base and head gaskets are stock as well as the stock Yamaha head. What is the most effective way to put my squish into something more reasonable like .050"?
