Swing arm

Recommended Posts

Well, another thing to look at,  what kinda horsepower are you looking to get out of this 421,  and how aggressive of a rider are you? Healthy 421 , in the dunes with a +4 will be no fun , unless your an aggressive rider.  My +6 on 421 cub , (mid 90s HP)  was dumb.

I've messed with everything from stock to +6 on my serval dune bike. Stock arm was hard to do hill climbs with. The +6 arm was dumb and didn't handle or turn at all. After that I went to the +4 and it was a little bit better but the handling suffered badly. In the end I got a +2 and haven't looked back. It's got just enough extra length that it's fun on hill climbs but the handling doesn't suffer. A lot of guys buy a swing arm based on looks. Dont be that guy. You wind up selling the bike because you dont like riding it. Good luck.95400146f972bcd6766634e84d042f21.jpg
