jlaits Posted October 23, 2015 Report Share Posted October 23, 2015 I ordered inner and outer tie rod ends off eBay and the taper seems to be off. The outer won't seat enough to put the castle nut on all the way and the inner seems like it goes in to far. The outer tie rod ends are shorter and the inner are longer. If I flip them and put the outer on the inner and inner on the outer it seems like they would fit. Does it matter if I install them that way?
