southside
Are they pulling 6-8hp on a custom built to spec hand coned shearer? Or is this a built to spec LED vs a stamped shearer?... I'm building an asphalt bike soon here and curious. That was my next question as well. locogato11283
Hand coned LED vs. stamped Shearers. Last I was told was that if Shearer has a stamped version he's not likely to build a set of hand coned unless he builds the motor and tunes it. I'm pretty sure him and Titan are close so you might be able to get a set built. I guarantee if you call Titan he will tell you to stick with Shearers but he has zero time with the LEDs. locogato11283
Quite possibly. I don't see stuff he posts.
trickedcarbine
GRR is pricy, but Andy is every bit as capable as Arlen. I saw on LED's you tube channel that he has been making pipes for flat trackers like me. I may have him do the pipes on my Banshee-R chassis. Should probably wait till the cheetah is done though. southside
Got the bike running today, only thing left is to bleed the brake and wait for the chain to get here then it's time to test!

Joe-405
Kinda old thread but have you figured out some drag times yet ? I just acquired a yfz frame and I'm getting ready to build my conversion also. Right after I finish my mini Dragbike. I'm gonna do the single drag front arms and just not as long of swing arm. And keep it light also. Edited August 19, 2016 by Joe-
