One of the best places around here charges around $200 for a frame and swingarm, I was going off that but I believe that even included blasting but that was a few years ago when I got that quote. Yeah thought 10-11 was pretty messed up too, my number one rule: NEVER look at anything in the dark and be leery about others that are willing to look at your stuff in the dark.
