It gives you screws to adjust your idle on both carburetors. That's after you smash the shit out of the t.o.r.s that have the idle screws (knobs) on top of them. So easy a cave man can do it..... I have adjusted the screws on the side to where they are supposed to be the problem I am having is that I don't know where to leave the screws on top of the caps, meaning how far up or down I should put them.
