The ones with 2 to 2 1/2" blades tape of with masking tape first so you make lines without writing on plastics. quaddad817 Posted September 21, 2009 Report Share Posted September 21, 2009 mask off your lines and cut them with a jigsaw- fine blade! overshoot the line by a 1/8'' when its all cut use a d,a or orbital sander to clean up the edges! if you start with 80 grit and go to 220, 320, 400 when you finnaly get to the tape line block sand with 600! and it will look factory. I think theres a 311 page manual at the barnes and noble on cutting plastic,... I recommend that read right there before tackling such a feat.
