  1. Sand casting is inexpensive (to a degree). My personal opinion (which doesn't mean shit), is if you choose to do cast, find a small casting company that will do low volume work. Otherwise, you're better of machining orders as they come in.
  2. I could be wrong here, but I have sold castings in the past.. If the volume is there, castings would likely be more lucrative, which I doubt in the current banshee market there would be any volume. If you already have the machining centers, it would probably make more sense to stick with billet. As mentioned previously, Mattoon already does this, so you'd have to shed weight, or add features for cheaper. Or both.
  3. I can't imagine riding a 90+hp bike on a stock swingarm. If you did that by me, you'd be over backwards anytime you touched the throttle. I'd do +4
  4. Get rid of those T6's and put some DMC 916's on
  5. I ran a 6" RIGID LED bar on a ac/dc rectifier and it lasted years
  6. By the time you get done doing the work, you would be money ahead just buying one from Tyson.
  7. No. Prices have gone up the same as everything has gone up.
  8. Isn't that the truth.... Frames use to be $100, a fully built bike was $4-5k.....
  9. Tell the customer to take those Lectrons out and put PWKs in.
  10. I tried sanding my plastics once, totally fucked them, ended up buying new
  11. Its too bad greens wife took away his computer privileges
  12. Isn’t this Athena? I thought there was a knockoff cub cylinder. Or was Athena a stock copy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Chariot made a post here a few months ago. If you search his name I bet you can find it. Rattle Can Man was selling his parts, had them copied, and continued selling under the Chariot name IIRC.
  14. Didn't Chariot come here not too long ago claiming the same thing about someone here knocking him off? Sadly, this sport is nothing like it was, and new products are non existent
  15. Ever looked into Rath? I believe Jesse AKA RideRaceLove retrofitted one on
  16. This is 100% not true. You can use them in any temperature setting without any adjustment. I ran them from 70* to -30* without issue. I also went 8 years without ever once adding air from the factory.
