  1. I’d be interested in possible trade for some PWK 28’s too
  2. I didn’t buy em, they came on the bike. I bought SLP, I’m a fan of low end power.
  3. I did just that when I got home. Solder I originally had was .118 thick. I know it was too thick. I tried to twist up some smaller stuff yesterday and was roughly .055. It never touched the .055 solder. So I figured I was close anyway with the bigger stuff. Today I twisted some together to get .080. So I put 2 pieces in each cylinder held in place with a dab of grease. Both cylinders measured at .057 this time. I must have been a touch shy of the cylinder wall yesterday goin through the plug hole. Feel better knowing squish is the same.

  6. What are base and head gasket thicknesses for a stock engine?
  7. wonder if a thicker gasket was used to try and keep comp down? 130-140 is all I really want anyway for a trail bike. But the variance bothers me
  8. I’m thinking it’s most likely the pistons. I’m unsure what pistons were used, but it’s 65mm bore on oem jugs
  9. Head is within .0005 most places, couple at .001 but that was most likely my inability. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Don’t use that stuff, if your stuck on permatex, then get motoseal. Any anaerobic sealant will work. Yamabond is good stuff
  11. That was with a stubby plug adapter, schrader valve was leaking on the long adapter. I’ll fix it and try again, but it’s still definitely 10 psi different from side to side.
  12. Finally got around to checking squish and compression. Now that I’ve got my bike tore apart. Right side 130. Left side 140. So I checked squish, Right side .0675 Left side .060 .0075 seems like a lot to be off side to side, is that common with a stock head?
  13. I’d agree with ya there, it was a bit rich.
  14. I ran 8.73 percent oxygen with no jetting change. But I didn’t have much room to really open it up.
  15. How did it “hurt it”? don’t see how it could if your jetted right . with what I’m running anyway

  19. I’ll get some better pics when I pull em off later. Only have 2 tanks on em. $500 shipped
  20. Every end of every hose has a ziptie. Surprised it didn’t leak more. Need to pretty much rewire the whole bike too. Dude was a hack
  21. Since Deets can't do math, thats 50:1. Thanks bub
  22. Found it, seems the guy that put it all together thinks that zip ties are hose clamps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Nothing wrong with that at all. Blaster is injected at 20:1
