  1. Alright guys I did put the 300 mains in didn’t change anything but I did find out that the problem was my flywheel key was laying on the inside of the stator and broken and now I have really big Ping marks on the crank😡😡😡 but y’all was helpful thanks

  3. I have 300 mains jets should I use them with the same pilots
  4. Stock basically t5 tommy exhaust air box no lid 40:1 ratio
  5. 200 main 27.5 pilot needles 3rd clip 600ft above sea level
  6. 2003 banshee will start and run but when it’s warmed up And I shut it off it’s hard to start I have to wait till its cold again
  7. Bosch tester and and have to take a look at topend now when I do what am I’m looking for on the pistons

  9. When it’s was running it run good I was riding and I ran out gas heard a pop it died took it hom tryed to start nothing pulled carbs cleaned them now it’s hard to start kick it like 50times nothing and I have tried all the settings on the carbs I know

I cleaned carbs about ten times I used a rebuild kit put them back together put new spark plugs gap to 28 to 32 mm I checked stator, pickup coil, running 93 pump gas with Castro’s 927 premix @40:1 check reeds no cracks no daylight coming in. Boots good on carbs plugs caps good. Carbs are synced good the best I can see
  11. Compression is 120 on both sides I’m bout 600ft above sea level tommy t5 exhaust basically a stock banshee 300 main 27.5 pilots
