    2000 Blue Yamaha Banshee Pro Circuit pipes and silencers, boost bottle, Bored .010 over with Vitos Superstock pistons, minor porting on the intake side of both cylinders, VForce 3reeds, adjustable stator plate advanced +5, Pro Design Cool head with 22 cc domes (have 18cc ones I removed), Airbox removed and added Toomey 2 into 1 air filter. Removed the TORS system and drilled/tapped the carbs for actual idle screws. Carbs have 320 main jets and one size over stock idle jets. Aftermarket Barnett Racing heavy duty clutch with easy pull lever. Renthal bars.

  1. I started it up yesterday let idle for about 5 minutes symmetrical clouds of smoke coming from both cylinders
  2. The oil coming from the right exhaust is very black , after letting idle for a couple minutes I didn’t notice anymore or less smoke coming from exhaust even while revving. I also I use klotz TC-W3 and pre mix 40:1. I’m currently using Maxima MTL for gear oil
  3. I have a temp gauge it only got to about 85 degrees
  4. Yes I let it idle for 5 minutes it had even amounts of normal colored smoke coming from each cylinder
  5. I started it up Let it run for five minutes idled and smoked perfect Out of both sides . Anyone had anything like this happen before?
  6. This might but how exactly do I differentiate the gear oil and motor oil to tell which is coming out of the exhaust . Can I tell by smell because I noticed it had a awful smell when I parked it
  7. The guy I bought it from said he got the o ring kit for domes off of eBay must be cheap made
  8. I rode it half a mile home after I noticed smoke on right side ran fine just smelled awful like burnt idk . Also the left pipe was completely dry inside the baffle and spark arrestor .

  10. I have 165 psi in each cylinder with cold engine in 32 degree weather
