  1. Im interested, I have a set of white carbon plastics uncut for trade
  2. Right now im at 160 main, 45 pilot, and middle clip. It cranks and idles great but breaks up on the big end. I also have a dyna CDI and Rage ATV did some map adjusting on the original setup so i'm unsure of what the ignition curve is doing.
  3. Im looking to get a recommendation on where to start with jetting my new setup. I am at sea level 392 with drag port, stock stroke, 18cc domes, CPI inframes, PWK35's w/ CEL needles, I will be running 110 octane.
  4. Are both top vent openings per carb supposed to be vented open?
  5. Ive tried Smaller pilots, as far as the venting on the pwk's. i do have one vent line tying the two carbs together. Should that be there or not?
  6. I actually had some time to mess with it today and it seem to get a little better. I installed new stator and pickup "gapped correct", i got more like 5-8 hits after swapping to a 48 pilot. Plugs are still wet with raw fuel with a bright white spark on the plug. Im stumped, the only thing i haven't changed are the 160 mains and the NAPF needle that came in the carbs.
  7. The gap is correct and spark with no plug cap will jump roughly .25". I'm running B8es plugs. I took an old harness and used the bare minimum just for diag. No change, tried a new stator and no change. I'm going to put in the bigger pilots tomorrow and see it that's the key.
  8. When I kick it a few time it will fire about every time on one cylinder or the other and then pull the plugs and the seem pretty wet with fuel, Could be excessive but not sure. they're not dripping but wet.
  9. I dont believe so because i had the machine shop true and weld it when i had porting done. I purchased the banshee in pieces and replaced everything questionable or atleast had it checked out
  10. I cannot seem to get my banshee to crank for the life of me. i recently rebuilt the engine. i had an aggressive trail port done with 68mm bore im running cool head, fmf fatties, and pwk 28's. Ive check compression and its at 140psi. ive been through the carbs and everything seems good, im running a 45 pilot and 160 main. timing is at +4 and im getting good spark. It will pop a few times like its trying but will not bust off. Any help is greatly appreciated
