Riding and back tires locked when I shifted to 2nd now won't move when I star it and put it in 1st gear

Just bought a 1991 banshee and I wanna make it a trail bike but I want it to keep up with the 450s. It already had fmf fattys , vforce 3 ,stock carbs guy I bought it from said it was jetted correctly . What kind of port job would be best for me & would I need any other mods

Anyone know where I can get oem graphics and seat cover for my 1991 banshee ?
