  3. I have a 4 mil stock cylinder, dune ported, pump gas, 22cc domes, vf4, t5, stock carbs making 74hp done by Cam at Redline. It rips pretty damn good. I saved up over the past bit and decided to get CPI i.f. These pipes were the plan down the road from the beginning, I just didn't have the cash at the time. When I asked him if Id need bigger carbs for CPI he said no, "probably increase the pilot and maybe the main". However, I didn't ask if upgrading carbs would benefit or increase power much, "just if it was needed". My question is, will a bigger carb do much more for the performance? I'm concerned that my amateur tuning a new bigger carb will not benefit better than his expertise in tuning stocks. In the same breath Ill be rejetting as recommended so end up loosing his tune anyhow. Just hoping for some solid advice. just jet up?, new carbs?, what carbs? etc etc. My rides aren't all drag. treshots, sidehill etc. Sea level Thanks for the help!

  6. If you're from cougar wa, Don Shepherd down at Powerline Performance in woodland is a site sponser and carrys alot of things needed. Greetings and good luck. Theres alot of knowledge in the forums.
  7. I took mine off and found the sleeve is chipping at the bottom. I need new ones as close to stock bore as possible. Porting ok if it was done by a reputable site sponser or well known builder. Cheers
  8. This is the deal, I know in my line of work if i get a customer with consant questions it can get a little obnoxious. Its more curtiousy of his time. Yes Im paying him. From my experience a pain in the ass customer can get a little less quality. I dont think this would be the case with this guy but this is my first transaction and dont want it to start off on a bad note or being "that guy". sent via fuck your mom
  9. Thanks guys, He is a very well established builder and hq sponsor. I just hate to bug him with multiple questions. I seem to always come up with another after we speak. He has been very forthcoming and knowledgeable with all I've asked. Im certain Ill be pleased sent via fuck your mom
  10. Im having a 4 mil crank put in with stock cylinders being port n polished. Currently have stock carbs. How much of a benefit would an upgrade be? Added h.p.? Throttle response?

  14. Thats the thing though, 421 plus crank and new carbs and pipes. Was hoping for crank port maybe carbs. Just trying to keep it mild. I do appreciate the info though sent via fuck your mom
  15. Ive heard absolutely nothing but great things about Redline especially Cameron and his builds as well as porting. My question is what kind of h.p. is feasible with a 4mil crank stock cylinders if I added carbs. My buddy said probably 80...which seemed like alot but again Ive heard Cameron is a magican. I have stock carbs and T5s at the moment. I was looking at drivelines 392 that I found in other forum which claim to make 68ish w t5 and stock carbs on their website. I dont need or want to be ballz out and primarily just ride dunes while goof racing with friends. Any input? I am not a cheap ass but not rich and have other hobbies. Just want the most economical build. sent via fuck your mom
