  1. https://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/190998-redline-cnc-stock-cylinder-pipe-test Redline CNC Stock Cylinder Pipe Test Look here. Decide what you want
  2. I run Prestone universal. No need for anything special.
  3. Ebay radiators are fine. Buy the cheapest. Quick search i found some for mid $60. They occasionally drop to around $45.
  4. Do you have the overflow bottle? Or is the overflow tube just routed near your pipes? I'm betting it just burped some coolant out. It'll stop once to coolant level adjust itself. If you had a coolant leak into the cylinders, you wouldn't have any piston wash. The steam cleans the cylinders and pistons pretty good.
  5. You can put a qtip in a drill and clean the seat sometimes.
  6. Honestly, i would trash the stock a-arms and buy a set of aftermarket. Look at a set of Alba's.
  7. It will not spin indefinitely. This is due to energy being lost to friction in the bearings, any surface contacts, friction from the air, and friction from oil. Banshees are not perpetual motion machines.
  8. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=banshee+throttle+cable Lube new cable. Replace old cable with new. Watch youtube Vid-Jeo on how to sync carbs. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. Lube new cable, Replace old with new. Watch you tube vidjeo on how to sync carbs.
  10. The oil wasn't your problem. LOL Running a 2 stroke out of fuel is pretty hard on it. No fuel means no lubrication. Getting a GOOD compression tester (OTC 5606 would be a good cheaper kit) will be better than the finger-the-hole method. Have you taken the carbs off and cleaned the jet orifices? Could be as simple as a plugged jet.
  11. Do this. I've done this with just the q-tip and drill and it worked well.
  12. Have you tried tapping the carbs to see if the float is just stuck after rebuild? Is this happening on both or just 1 carb?
  13. Yeah still available. Shoot me an offer.
  14. Reduce your main jet until it clears up. Clutch creep is probably normal unless excessive. May need to adjust clutch cable.
  15. 27.5 pilot, needle middle clip, drop to a 300 main. Adjust idle down
  16. From the way that's typed, this has to be a troll post.
  17. Either the float needles need replaced and/or float height needs adjusted.
  18. Probably your best bet for Just the 200w stator and sh522 (waverunners, atc200, probably more) rectifier. You'll still have to float the ground, and come up with a mounting and battery solution. As well as do some wiring. https://www.rmstator.com/en_ww/products/kit-stator-200-w-regulator-rectifier-yamaha-yfz-350-banshee-1995-2006-rm22955 Or buy a plug and play solution. It comes with wiring, battery, and mounting from https://www.jdscustoms.com/product/jl-engineering-complete-dc-conversion-kit/ Just select to add a new stator, It'll be a 200w and they will float it for you.
  19. As far as I know that doesn't match the naming schemes I'm aware of. Check the images below and see if maybe something was misread. Then cross reference the specs to a normal needle here https://www.jetsrus.com/a_jets_by_carburetor_type/needle_keihin_N427-48.html and here
