  1. After reading this, http://www.eregulations.com/newhampshire/ohrv/law-enforcement/ , It appears the Toomey kit would make you perfectly legal. Also, Its' only $240. That's alot cheaper than moving. https://toomey.com/catalog/ols/products/banshee-hush-kit-with-integrated-spark-arrestor
  2. Call ATV Galaxy and have them spec some Fox Floats for you. Better use of monies.
  3. Read the suspension guide in the suspension section by tfaith. It's long, but worth it. Depending on your trails, you'll be looking towards xc or mx set ups. Setup your caster, camber, ride height. Alba front a arms, and the best suspension you can afford would help tremendously. Finding someone to revalve your rear shock would be beneficial or a fox, elka, ect. If you need lots of ground clearance and increased traction go with 23" front tire and 22" rears. Otherwise, 21"/20" are easier to find and will handle better. What is your current setup and budget? I can help a little, tfaith and ddq are a lot more knowledgable about suspension.
  4. Dunes in the middle of summer in Oklahoma, no problems here with a Clarke tank.
  5. Yeah, by oem I meant stock stroke 110mm rod.
  6. Don't get Athena cylinders. Driveline are better http://www.drivelineperformance.com You will have to call them or email them to order the cylinders. Another option is to send your stock cylinders to Redline Racing to be ported. Stock ported are producing same or better than the Athena's these days. http://redlineracing.biz/services/porting/ But to answer your question, 392 kits typically are meant for stock cranks, so just bolt it on and check squish.
  7. Unsure what you mean by bolting, maybe explain what you think it means. Bolt-ons are just easily added performance parts. Meaning they just bolt on. Jetting is where you adjust the amount of fuel from the carburetor circuits by changing the "jets" in the carburetor. Each size jet has a different size orifice allowing more or less fuel. Jetting needs to be performed to compensate for some performance enhancements, decrease or increase in intake restrictions, air temp, air pressure, humidity, and/or fuel type. Basically, change jets to keep optimal performance. I recommend you read this http://www.dfn.com/agservices/jetfaq.html
  8. Edit: NVM decided not to dox the guy. Also, it appears that he may have already been banned from the facebook group.
  9. TM Designworks rollers have lasted me pretty well.
  10. So I'm not saying this didn't happen to you, but it wasn't with original JB weld. I've had JB weld holding a magnet to a fuel float in a jetski gas tank for over 10 years.
  11. In the jetski world, it is usually either original JB weld or Devcon aluminum Liquid for filling case voids, extending sealing area, or for case porting. The original JB Weld thins and pours nicely when warmed and is typically cheaper. Just be sure to overfill the area a little as there will be shrinkage as the epoxy cures.
  12. Does not need to be 12VAC, just >12vac. Voltage will vary with RPM and likely peak at around 40VAC. The kit includes a regulator/rectifier. But otherwise you are correct. Edit: Just to clarify further, the DC voltage after rectification is (1.41*VAC)-(diode voltage drop)=VDC. So if the reg/rec is set to output 14.4VDC and assuming a diode voltage drop of 0.7V and a full bridge rectifier, then you need > (14.4VDC+1.4v)/1.41= 11.2VAC.
  13. A set of UPPs is like $75. And can be had without a crossover!
  14. Post pictures of carbs incase they are airstrikers. Jetting will be different
  15. 99 RON is like 93 AKI? Octane booster is usually trash. And your compression is probably around 180 psi? I would keep timing stock and run a wide squish. Replace the plug and suspect deto if it happens again or your plugs keep backing out. You could try richening your main a bit to lessen the chances of deto. Other option is to put some 23cc domes in.
  16. Unplug TORS, Buy this and ADD THE IDLE KIT https://www.jdscustoms.com/product/motion-pro-tors-eliminator-kit/ and Buy this https://www.jdscustoms.com/product/jl-engineering-complete-dc-conversion-kit/
  17. Cant use them. If you're cylinders are pretty rusted. See what it takes to clean them up, then have the shop order or you order the correct size.
  18. Also, I'm not too sure who all makes replacement bushings other than Redline.
  19. Definitely get a billet basket. I shattered the fingers off my stock one with a Serval on pump gas launching in dirt. The pieces of basket fucked my main gears. Same as N2O, get a new bushing for the new basket. Also, inspect the thrust washers on either side of the spacer for abnormal wear. Mine were worn and causing issues a few years ago. Mattoon, Chariot, and Redline are popular choices for baskets.
  20. $60 ebay oversized rad and 50/50 antifreeze/water. Engine Ice is a gimmick.
