  1. My banshee started making some no so pleasent noises, it turns out the three screws that hold the stator to the timing Plate had rattled loose and we're catching on the flywheel. A little loctite and haven't had a problem since.
  2. It was one off of eBay. Runs good now just got done finishing the break in.
  3. Couldnt get the thing to start last week took it to the builder turns out the fly wheel that i purchased was bad and a new flywheel and it started right up. going to pick it up today.
  4. I haven't checked that yet but I will when time allows. Elevation is 1300' what should the pilot be? I have kicked it over for 5 min and won't start.
  5. It has pro circuit pipes, trail porting, airbox with no lid, proflow airbox plate and k&n filter. It had a 310 main jet when I pulled the carb apart and the needle is on the middle clip.
  6. The shop I was gonna take it to is full until monday, so I pull started the banshee and got it to run but if I let the throttle get below 1/4 throttle it would sputter and die out. Is this a jetting issue?
  7. Well I pulled the plug boots off grounded the plug just to see if the plug boot was the problem and what do you know bright blue spark. Taking it to the shop where the engine work was done to have put it on the dyno after new boots are installed. I will post the results when I get it back.
  8. I installed the new wiring harness, along with the Ignition coil, still no spark. Starting to think that stator is the problem because I am using the same cdi box and it ran before the rebuild.
  9. Here soon I will order his with the dc conversion, is the one racetech makes any good?
  10. Race tech stators, are the best ones you can buy?
  11. And I finally got the stator to read consistently after I pulled the stator cover off and wiggled the wires a bit. In the future I plan on getting rid of the Chinese POS.
  12. I got to looking at my harness wires are rubbed bare in multiple spots I ordered a new wiring harness from kompulsive along with new coil. I Accidently ripped the wire out of the stock coil.I will try it with the new harness and coil and report back to yall
  13. I recently had some troubles with my wiring harness, I was doing some reading and decided to go with Kompulsive concepts wiring harness. On a Sunday Cory answered every question that I needed answered, as well as getting the parts I ordered to the shipping distributer the same day. If you want some of the best customer service he is the man to go to.
  14. I am pretty sure it is one off of eBay that is sold by caltric.
