  1. I won't be able to make it Labor Day. Just got back from a night at Beverly dunes. 16 hours of driving this past week just to ride lol. Had fun though.
  2. damn it was hot out there. Had fun riding, great riding lots of trails and some good open dunes. The whoops on the main road into the dunes are never ending lol. It took me 30 -40 min to get from the first tree on the hill where I ended up camping to the main road. Drove a motor home in there lol. Great damn riding though. If anyone hasn't been there yet go.. I'll be going back soon I'm sure.
  3. That sucks the road don't get maintained
  4. Going to juniper for the first time end of next week. I've seen some videos and very limited on line reading that is up to date. My questions are how is the main road all the way to main dunes? I'll be in a motor home . I know it's hot this year but how are the bugs in the evening? They are overwhelming at Beverly dunes this time of year.
  5. It slides on but it's a taper fit. Sure you can see that. You need to hold that fly wheel to torque it down. Don't use the engine to to do it.
  6. Make sure the key is in right and tighten it by hand. Get a good clutch tool that has the pegs on it . Use that to hold the fly wheel.
  7. Key looks like it broke funny. Like it was pinched.
  8. I'd say to some point depending on how bad there dented. But I don't think a few dings will kill your bottem end.
  9. The worst thing you can do is tighten down a steel washer on paint. Those rubber washers and some nylon nuts ur set.
  10. To bad they weren't already on there lol. Think I'll order some of those though. Think I'm going to go to the paint shop and see if they can mix me up some sealer / paint shit and those rubber mount washers and call it good.
  11. thats what I figured just seal it but try to color match to. ok thanks guys
  12. so I ended up buying them. so becides the paint chip around the bolt holes that ill fix so they hopefully don't keep going . they look cool on my bike with the black frame I think. but one thing I don't like is the amount of space around the stearing stem for the cables. there is none lol, and the rear fenders need to be cut to fit on the left side to fit my mounts , no biggie. any ideas on bolt hole fix? it cant be to hard to fix and look good to
  13. wow . kinda worried about buying stuff like that though.
  14. lol. yea the holes are pretty worn.
