  1. I've been trying to figure out my reeds for a while now. They wiggle around when everything's tightened down. I'm confused cause I don't know what's wrong. I surfed the internet and found something I've never seen on my reeds ( http://67.199.65.66/cascade_innovations/newlook/store/store_View.cfm?STORE_AREA_ID=13&store_dept_id=619 ) the bottom ones are for my reeds. I don't know if that's the problem. Is that what holds down the reed cage?
  2. Okay. I set the plug gpa at .020. Checked ground. Everything looked fine. I tried starting it. No luck. I took the carbs of and noticed my reed cage wiggled a bit when it was tightened down. Is that supposed to move? I have vf2 reeds
  3. i am getting spark. the carbs are set up properly. i switched the bowls once but they aren't switched this time. ive never checked the ground or stater. could it be that causing the bike to not start?
  4. I unplugged the box, now the dang thing won't start at all. I checked everything. Kicked it numerous times. Then I plugged it in and it didn't start either. It seems I'm going backwards lol.
  5. okay. That's a start. If I unplug it do I just leave it alone or to I cut the wires and put them together? I'm not near the bike now but I believe the jets are all stock.
  6. I don't have the tors on it but the little black box under my tank is still plugged in. Do I need to remove it if the tors is removed? And the carbs are synced and the carbs have been cleaned before. I'm not sure what jets are in it but I have fmf powercore 2 pipes. Would that make me have to change the main or pilot jet size? It's my first quad that I've owned so I'm really new to working on the whole bike.
  7. My banshee will start up first kick no problems. But once it warms up i go to ride it and when i hit high rpm's it sputters. i have no idea whats wrong, I've been on this problem for a while and finally decided to hit the forum and ask for help. it has vforce 2 reeds, stock air box and filter. other than that its stock.
  8. Thank you hoppedupandcutdown. I saw that same pic on the internet. Noticed and flipped them back. Started right up. No problems.
  9. One quick question, is it possible for the carb bowls to be switched or is there no difference between the two.
  10. they are vf2 reeds. If that's what your talking about. And choke tube is on the bike and what cable are you talking about?
  11. I recently replaced my reeds in my banshee. After that I started it once but it took forever and It hasn't started since. I checked the reeds one more time and they looked fine. Then I took the plugs out and it had spark. I don't know if it was weak. I'm new to my banshee. Maybe it could be the coil wires or the stator. I'm lost. All help is appreciated.
