  1. I would mix to what he has it jetted for. I’ve always ran 40:1 in mine. Never had an issue, todays oils vs when the clymer manual was made are far more advanced. Just my 2 cents. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. I've heard about people using coolers?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Haha ya I don't care much for that lamp myself. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Today I spoke with Redline about getting my 421 cub rebuilt with the works, awesome guy btw. I'll be sending the engine out sometime next week if I have time to get to it this weekend. I'm still debating on leaving it a 421 or having Cam do a 10mil serval. I do open field riding and hill shooting, and would love to see over 100hp. I know about what it will cost for my rebuild since it needs re plating, but I'm not sure on how much a 10mil build will run on stock cases. Anyone willing to share their build price? What's a good way to ship my motor w/ top end disassembled? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I've got a 4mil cheetah ported by passion racing but it needs a re-plate Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. No kidding! I've got my 421 apart right now. Would love to slowly piece together a 10mil cub or dm. But I also kind of just want something I can sit on, hit a button and just ride anywhere. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I'll probably just keep the shee and buy the R unless a good deal rolled around. There is just something about the size of the roaster tail a banshee slings. I've always liked the yfz though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I've never had one so I couldn't tell you from experience, I know I've heard a million times over that it's less maintenance more so speaking of built banshee's. I take mine down every year for a fresh top end. Not to mention all the time it takes to tune both carbs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Opinions from someone who has or have both. Recently I've been thinking about trading my 03 4mill ported cub (etc) for a 2014+ yfz450r. I know it would make less power but it's also less maintenance and would be a chance to try something new. I hear there really good on trails and tracks. Although I do love a nice hill. I may keep the shee and take her to a 10mill dm and just buy a new yfz. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Few weeks ago I think, he helped me with a little over the phone carb tunning after the rebuild. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. It's hard to get ahold of him but I just received my top end back not that long ago from him. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
