  1. Oversized rad, Mull impeller, aftermarket head
  2. Same, I bought three vessels. It’s a legit big difference than using a Phillips
  3. Buy a JIS (Japanese industrial standard) screw driver for those shit screws on the bowls
  4. He is starting you off high on the main which is safe. Your pilot shouldnt change, your main jet will drop no doubt until you find the sweet spot. Buy some jets and plugs and get testing. I bought the Driveline oversized bowls with easy access to the main like a Kehein carb.
  5. So your maxed out also? I guess maxed out is good enough. caleb you look like you have 4-5 degrees now, what about when you sit on it? If it’s 3-5 degrees run it
  6. K&T are one of the very best in the business. Might as well port and get some more power.
  7. plugged pilot is my guess edit, just read you changed pilots. Were they new? Sounds so much like a pilot issue to me.
  8. So your running a 421 then? A 68 mm bore you should be running a 24cc dome , 21 your in race gas territory. and disregard my jet choices since I thought you were run I g stock jugs
  9. Missed the broke head part sorry. That changes everything. Its not a stroker crank or ordered stroker domes? 21cc shouldnt be too high of compression to do that i would think?
  10. Any porting? Stock carbs? Air box or pods? Aftermarket reeds? Youll need a 27.5 pilot with those pipes and you shouldnt be over 300 on the main i would think. Unless you're ported possibly.
  11. Obviously the problem is your blown o ring. Order another set, use Vaseline to hold in place while you clamp down and do a leak down test. as for jetting, what pipes and mods?
  12. I would, that’s too long. Call him and have them sent back. For 500 cdn there is a set with new pistons on Kijiji Ontario. Port work looks good. It’s a quick option and you’ll save money
  13. My 87 535 was faster than my Redline 4 mil stocker. Had an Aaen pipe, VF reeds and o ringed head, port work by CV Tech, ears reinforced, and crank inserts. if I ever bought another, Jerry Hall would do my engine and I’d buy his pipe. I don’t miss it at all, parts were impossible to find and lots of money. Banshee engines are way more reliable and better designed.
  14. I bought them used already chromed. I old never be able to afford me chrome
  15. I sold my first set in 1 minute for 600 shipped. That was three years ago. My chrome ones I’d ask 1000
  16. you can get a mud lite in a 20 or 21 in profile
  17. Certain builders with that set up with shaved head, porting and bored carbs are getting mid 70s. So lots of power available.
  18. What pipe do you hve? who ported it? Domes?
  19. Stock is good enough with your high flow impeller
