    Your main and pilot jets seem massive. I would think 27.5 pilot and max 300 main. too much has is my guess. Does it have drag type porting or is it stroked?

    Put a case saver on it. The sky’s the minor with these machines. A huge upgrade would be new a arms and suspension up front. If you want more power the stock cylinders and carbs are just fine and will produce 75 hp with pipes and porting.

    First thing I thought was your mains are too big. How does it start? And is the power loss all the way through the throttle range? check your compression

    Banshees are through the roof everywhere. 8-9K for an average banshee up here. I dont get it and i shouldnt have sold my stash.

    Lots of torque! Pro Circuits surprised the hell out of me. Im curious to what pipe youll end up with and if you trail ride why didnt you consider SLP for even more torque?

    Sorry just seen this. I have way different pipes and jetting will be way off on mine (too big) I can look if you like, you’ll be way below my jetting with the Snipers which takes more fuel

    I think it’s carbs and not electrical. I think your main is too big.

    When it’s built hit me up with your jetting. I’ve had issues with my 28s being super finicky between pipes. I bought some 33s I may switch over. Might just be my carbs though …

    You’ll lose as much as 7-10 hp I’m guessing from the Shearers. As you mentioned, they do best with inframe drag pipes, the DMC will be awesome for trails no doubt. I pulled 87 hp with SLP amd 91 with Shearers with the exact same set up as what your about to build. My numbers are in the dyno section

    Buy the oversized one from eBay. Doesn’t matter who makes it, they all seem to work.
