  1. clutch seems to be working ok, not slipping at all. If that is what it is it will not be long befour it fails completely & I have a spare. I did run it hard and should be able to smell burnt clutch in the fluid if it is getting bad. will check into it some more befour my next ride......... cheers
  2. yes will try that. I notice a lot of guys in here using tranny fluid. I am not loosing any but can smell it burning when running hard and getting hot, was wondering if crankcase could vent in there if I had bad seals or vise versa
  3. my trans fluid is turning black within 2 tanks of gas, is that normal or do I have leaking crank seal

  5. thanks a lot for some insight on coil polarity, the only thing that I could think of was maybe like a dc welding leads, switch polarity and 2/3 of the heat will switch to electrode side or vise versa. seems like a one coil set up has opposite polarity on the two plugs anyway, I will find out if switching wires makes a difference and why when I get back to school in January, over and out.
  6. so is it speed or crack lol, jetting guy seemed to know what he was talking about 2001 banshee 1975 Suzuki gt 750 1973 Suzuki gt 750
  7. would the stator from an older 80/81 rd 350 motor be the same as the banshee/rz ?

  9. thanks a lot, was reading on here that if wires were switched with orange on positive and black on negative I should go one size larger on main jets, find that interesting, never herd of that before
  10. hello all, new guy here, great site, trying to build one rideable banshee out of two, was wondering if someone could tell me how to determine which is + & - on the primary side of the ignition coil
