40mm lectron worked really well in my dune ported 350. I had yamaha exciter intake and oversized bowl, 6-2 xl metering rod and powerjet opened a bit.
Going to stock carbs now and see how it feels like, different porting though.

Yeah well this sucks cause i believed this topend had some shredding time left before next bore&pistons.
Ive been thinking that crank will be 4mill and dune ported stock cylinders, better pipes&carbs for it also. Now i have t5`s and single carb, ss/sb dune ported.
It depends what is available at the time i have the money.
I think it would be bit cheaper and easier for me to have a whole bolt-on motor shipped here than collecting new/used parts here and there.
Just have to get some money and start searching the next motor with pasi.

Youve seen like this before?The open end of the clip should be a 180 from the notch in the piston or that can happen.

I did double check and it was seated correctly during the top end assembly, but "kinda" looks like it wasnt hahahh.

I ran out of gas (e85) few Times With My previous 4poke atv, it had a afr wide Band meter on it and it went really lean when fuel was running out.
Jmo but i think it can melt piston or fuck Something else up With wot.

at least check your float needle valves.

Have you checked the ohms with meter, stator and ign.coil and all..

Yes i installed the pressure plate wrong, my bad. Lucky me because it didnt hurt anything.
I wasnt going to even start her again before knowing and fixing this issue.
By the way the lever came a bit softer after i reassembled the pressure plate and adjusted the push rod again.

I did first start on my -87 banshee just today after teardown/rebuild and heard a loud grinding when pulled the lever in.
Assembled the clutch with new driveline billett basket and driveline drag clutch kit, adjusted the pushrod also.
Lever feels pretty stiff but i think its supposed with those HD springs.
Here is video, a bit over 1min you can hear the sound when i pull the lever.
And yes, i know it has really rich mixture.

I dont need the 2-1 intake anymore so if someone wants it, just pay shipping and i'll post it. Im from Finland.
