  1. Rear shock needs to be for stock length swinger
  2. Looking for a rear shock aftermarket or good stock (I'm 185lb). Also looking for a good front master cylinder.
  3. For a few months now I've been dealing with not having a functioning kill switch. Last fall I was riding through some wet trails, came in too hot into a mud hole and ended up endo-ing to a dead stop in the water (launching me off lol). Since then the kill switch does not work but the lights do. I replaced the kill switch thinking I fried it from the handle bars being submerged in water, but that didn't fix it. What do you guys think?
  4. Anyone? I think the plugs look good, but would like your input
  5. I finally did a couple plug chops. One WOT for the mains and one half throttle for the needles. What do you think? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I keep the lid on because I see a lot of water and mud on the trails I ride
  7. 27.5 pilot, 1.5 turns on the air screw, 280 main. Middle clip on needle. Slides are good, I don't mean to make it sound like it runs like garbage, just noticeablely different. I'll leakdown test again to verify the intake gaskets, then plug chop for the needle and main jet.
  8. I just put a new billet intake on my quad a few days ago, and did a leakdown before I put it all together. I lost .5 psi over 10 minutes (starting at 6psi), I also put in a set of ported reed cages I had lying around to see if it would make any difference. I took her out for a spin and it is a little boggy in the needle range, and at idle after it's been running. Once the powerband kicks in, or at WOT she runs good but I am looking for advice on what to try or what's going on? Prior to taking it apart, I had no issues with jetting. I have SST pipes, stock carbs, no porting, air box lid on w/o snorkle, ported reed cages, UNI filter, 900ft elevation, 80 degrees. I need to do a plug chop but the weather is super shitty for the foreseeable future so it will be a little bit before I can do that. I realize you can't help too much without me doing a plug chop or two, but I can't stop thinking about it lol. Any insight for the mean time?
  9. I was just reading another thread about it, and someone mentioned that. But if they really aren't needed, then consider them gone! Thanks guys
  10. I've read this lol, just seems wrong to discard a piece that even comes on new aftermarket carbs
  11. So I was cleaning my carbs today, but when I pulled off one of the bowls I found the splash guard sitting in the bottom of the bowl. The hole where the guard fits around the main jet is all blown out so it doesn't even almost want to stay in place. The other side is good though. Any ideas for holding it in place?
  12. Awesome lol, just want to make sure! Thanks guys
  13. This may be a stupid question, but it has me concerned. I got new dual rates from works, but two things are giving me issues. One, the collar and washer rattle because they have about an inch of space to move up and down. (The washer and collar right where the upper and lower springs meet). Also, the top nut to adjust the spring compression is hardly tight. I can turn it by hand no problem. Are these issues or normal? Shocks are set for 185lbs on the trails
