  1. lol na they are the right way...the adjusters go on the bottum...why you ask that? lol
  2. haha i knew one dick head would say something about that
  3. i agree with willaduncan! best hour ever reading all of these posts....what a total tool bag... i mean to post some shit like that when everyone on here rides a yamaha and most people take pride in that just makes you a total d bag in general...when kawi finally comes out with something worth talking about then get back on this and talk shit...until then your just going to have to take everyone shit and like it!

  5. you dont necessarily have to remove your tors right away..just unplug the brain which is located under the left side of the gas tank, it is a little black box..then if you want to be sure its un plugged then disconnect each wire running from the tors ( 2 gray plugs)... Check to make sure that your parking brake assembly is not messing shit up...i removed the whole parking brake assembly on my bike because even with them on they barely ever work unless you adjust them everytime..also i cut the electrical wire going to my throttle.. my bike runs great now and i had the same problems as you...if your bike runs ok after all this then still use the top screws on top of the tors to adjust your idle
  6. if i cut those wires cant i just remove the whole parking brake off of the bike so it doesnt look like shit? if i am not mistaken they sell the caps for it on the back brake caliper?
  7. i was wondering what that little black box is because originally my brother had said before he fucked the bike up that he had disconnected that box and it made the bike run good so we tried it and it still didnt solve anything but either way i guess i should disconnect it and get the tors eliminator kit because they do take up alot of space...yeah i do work on my own bike and i got a drill press so it will be cake just wanted to get the bike running good before the weekend because im suppose to go on a trip....i saw that there is a video on here for installing the kit anyways so like i said it will be cake...a local guy told me to try and unplug the wires going to the throttle and the ones going to the clutch also do you know anything about that? what that would do? i imagine that is a safety precaution in the wiring harness also?
  8. when jetting your air screws have to be re adjusted also they are on the left side of each carb...most people turn them all the way in until they barely bottum out and then turn them out 1.5 turns out...thats what i run
  9. ok will do..is the tors eliminator kit worth it? idk about drilling and tapping holes in the sides of my carbs lol i dont feel like having to buy two more carbs if something dicks up
  10. How will I control the idle if the tors are unplugged?
  11. Yeah they are in right both the slides are installed Correctly with the groves on the guide pins and they aren't Backwards... The reeds should be good... Choke is fine too... Maybe it's somethin electrically cuz I had the whole Wiring harness off... A bad ground??
  12. i have a 2006 le banshee i just re did the whole bike...my problem is i put everything back together and now she is running like shit...i put the toomey t5 kit on it and i put in there jetting kit i have checked that twice and everything is ok...the bike starts but it idles like shit and i cant rev the bike up at ALL. It just makes a bogging sound but it never floods to where it shuts off. I have stock carbs with the toomey jet kit the tors are still on top of the carbs and i have synced the carbs so that isnt the problem...Anyone know wtf is going on?
