My favorite is Klotz flex drive, and Klotz super techniplate @ 40:1. 50/50 green antifreeze. It is a little pricey and there are some more budget minded combos that will definitely work as well. Just my personal preference. I used to run 927...but the Klotz seems a little cleaner burning to me.

Also a possibility the key that lock the flywheel not seated correctly? After all it did start initially for a minute or two...next day no such luck. I mean this thing is dead ...it won't even pop. The motor is a fresh, low hour motor from HJR that I assembled. Maybe less than 5 hours on it just dialing it in while on the other frame before I swapped out frames.

So I swapped everything over to a new frame....even started it one time real quick. Then I added XFR propeg nerfs ....no start. I was thinking maybe the nerfs were not allowing a full kick so I took them off....still no start. I run a key switch under the seat, pro-design teather, lights off the factory kill/ light switch, and full harness. TORS has been unplugged and removed on my 4mil motor w/pwk 35's. Checked stator resistance at the plug ...ignition coil side within spec, pickup coil within spec, lighting coil barely out of spec @ .4-5 ohms. Checked primary coil spade to spade...barely out of spec @ .4 ohms ( should be .28-.38 ohms). Tried to read secondary coil from plug cap to plug cap with no reading...same exact thing with another coil I had laying around. I did drop the flywheel when I put it on for the initial fire up but it ran once....weird. I also noticed that one lug on the flywheel was a little taller than the other affecting the pickup coil gap....hmm? But it ran well before. I have not pulled the stator cover again...possibly a bad flywheel, pickup coil/ gap, cdi? Im starting to get a little frustrated and puzzled with it. Where would you all start to look? I've been ripping my xp 900 all summer and would like to get the banshee going again before the end of summer. Thanks

I replaced my ac bumper with an alba....looks good and not a bad price. I think I paid 70 or so.

Well I just finished my build and it won't start. Long story short I removed my cut harness, cdi, coil, stator...was running just fine. Put on a new uncut harness, cdi, coil, and stator with all the plugs and wires....I wanted to run lights this time. It started up initially...then I welded on a couple of tabs for my xrf propeg nerf bars to mount to. Went to start it and it won't hit a lick. I think I messed up by welding with a mig and not unhooking any of the electrical stuff....I know, my stupidity. Next question is where do I start? Buy a new cdi, coil, and stator? Just want to get it running. Thanks.

I need the rectangle end plugs off the front lights ....I thought I needed the new triangle style but I don't. Don't need the entire light ...just the rectangle end plug and a few inches of wire to splice my new lights to. Please pm me with what you have. Thanks.

broken stock headlights....new style plug...02+. Looking for the end plugs off the headlights. So I realy don't care if the lights are trashed. I'm installing new lights and don't want to spice into a new harness. Let me know what you have. Like I said, I don't care if the lights are broke...just cut off the end plugs, sell me that and keep shipping cheap. Thanks.

Mine fit just fine....took a little effort but nothing extreme.

Hell I still need to get my elka long travel fronts out to you and my tcs dual rate rear. Every time I get ready to send them a ride comes up....another month or so and it will be to cold to ride. Good time to do them and the dc lighting.

I'm definitely going to get some of your lights this winter and do a dc conversion....those things are bright!

What kind of price for the key switch? Also what kind of price for the aftermarket key holder? Is it the kind that clamps on the bars or the hide a key set up? Just shoot me a pm. Thanks.

Do Jeff's lights just plug in to the factory plugs? I don't want to splice my wiring. I'm trying to clean up my bike with a new harness that uncut lol.

Do I need a dc conversion for his led's ?

What kind of lights would you all recommend for a stock replacement? Going riding in a couple of weeks and don't have the time to do a dc conversion. Currently I have no lights at all. I figured there would be something a little brighter than stock without breaking the bank. If not I'm sure some stock lights would work just fine for a ride.

Need an on/off key switch...New style. No cut wires or end plug missing. Looking for a clean install. Pm me and let me know. Also a key switch relocate bracket to hide the key if someone has one of those too.

I'm planning on a ride in 2 weeks and currently I run a cut harness without lights...not to mention all the plugs are cut off. I'm looking to find a stator with the newer square plug, uncut wire harness and all the extra stuff needed to run lights...cdi, coil, regulator/ rectifier...everything. Also some lights for the front...realy don't care if I have the tail light or not but it would be nice. Pm me and let me know....thanks.
