  1. Call me what you want, but Im questioning your ability to do this already. If your looking for cheap, then you are looking the wrong direction.. Nothing about the trubo bikes are cheap. But, you can buy the small pumps of of ebay, you will need to know what PSI your turbo requires. you will have to build a reservoir for the oil, or buy one, you are gonna need a battery to run it, as well as the fuel pump. Yes, you have to run a pump. You will have to search around for a pipe, any will work but the dyno port pipes are the best IMO, I dont have one on mine its a moto fast, but if I had my choice it would be the other. You can pipe the bike coolant system to it. Judging by your questions, and what seems to be the lack of basic knowledge about it, Im telling you that you are over your head, and are better off sticking with an NA motor. But if you want to try, good luck.
  2. Use a plate.. Charriot makes a nice one for a fair price.. The keys are junk.. your married to what they think is ideal, which most of the time is not the case!
  3. intake manifold could be made from lots of things.. I would suggest alum. but Im sure there are other ways. Throw twin pipes in trash and get a single, the twins wont work worth a shit. We use turbos that have integrated oil, but lots of guys dont. They make "turbo oils" but most run what oil was intended to be used in the turbos original application.. Thought yours had built in oil, or does it need an oil pump to operate? I didnt look at the pictures
  4. Jetting is easy compared to the steps needed to even get to the point of needing to jet it.
  5. Im not the smartest around, but Im telling you right now there isnt but about 2 things that have been written that are correct, or even close to leading you in the right dirrection.. If you have never built, owned, operated, been around, or ridden a turbo bike then how in the fuck are you gonna tell someone else what will and wont work??? Unreal... Heres real world experience talking to you coming from someone who has built, operated, rode, wrenched on, and currently owns one.. Its not easy, cheap, or without headache, but it can be done... Heres a few pics of mine at different stages.
  6. Just as it says... Anyone know who makes them, who sells them, or anyone have a set they are wanting to sell? I am will to pay a good price for a set... NEED SOME ASAP. Thanks JOHN
  7. Yes, our big race of the year is next weekend, so I pulled it apart to double check everything, and it was a waste of time!! Everything looks PERFECT inside the motor!! Im putting new base gaskets, orings, and putting it back together just the way it came apart!
  8. Yeah thats it? Those must have been taken at Marysville? If so, that was the very first trip out with the bike!! Thanks for posting those!!
  9. This bike has been down the track a dozen times or so. It is not even close to tuned in, it went 4.0s every pass at 12 psi of boost. (that is very low) I have a new spring installed in the waste gate now, and it made over 20 psi the last pass out, but the lights were jacked up, so we got no times! I believe that this bike will FLY when its all said and done. Im simply selling to fund the next turbo bike build. 350 stock cyld motor was originaly setup by A&S. Very nice nitrous system with purge and timer, this pic is as it appears now except it now has 12 stgd rippers instead of the extremes. It a nice bike, if you want more details, PM me. 7000 shipped in the 48 OBO. I WILL NOT PART THIS UNTIL IM DONE WITH IT!! I BUILT THIS SIMPLY TO LEARN THE TURBO WAYS, AND WILL CONTINUE TO RUN IT UNTIL I AM SATISFIED WITH ITS NUMBERS!! DO NO ASK FOR PARTS UNLESS YOU HAVE BIG OFFERS!! Specs...... SSR chassis 24-11-10 12pdl stgd rippers on cut wheels 12" HS fronts Chrome/Paint/Powder/Polished pretty much everywhere JJ&A drag axle and carrier Charriot billet throttle with built in WOTS Stock stroke, stock cyld motor setup for the turbo and nitrous 1-5 Neutral down tranny 8 Plate clutch Straight cuts Billet stator cover with bearing support 53 series areocharger turbo with fresh rebuild.
