  1. i have a stock pair of juggs unported,,,the right side piston melted so they need bored. pm me if interested
  2. i ran mine 3 heat cycles,,till the engine is at operating temp. i consider a heat cycle. once through the field to make sure she is warmed up and then wot after that. the faster the rings seat the better. i just did mine 4 weeks ago with vitos super stock pistons and she rips....
  3. i run pro taper bars and their pillow top grips. you will have to remove the key switch, you can buy a hidden key switch plate that mounts to the gas tank mounts for like $20 from a sight sponser. i got mine from jds custom. it cleans up the handle bar area very nicely and quick and easy to do.
  4. im not sure you quite understand the question. the bike was jetted perfect before i rebuilt the top end. i just heard from someone that the vitos super stock pistons may require a bit richer jetting. i put the stock cages back in after the rebuild which richened it up by 3 jet sizes. its almost spot on right now so problem solved! thanx for your input....
  5. how many jet sizes to go up with these super stock pistons. i went up a couple sizes, plug chop this weekend. seems to run great!
  6. x2, im runnin a pair of old schoolers right now,,,i love em
  7. ok,,,i melted a piston 2 weeks ago and bought some stock non ported cylinders with a new bore job and a new pair of vitos super stock pistons. im just curious how many jet sizes i should go up on the mains. the previous cylinders were also non ported as well. i have a weird combination as far as the carbs go. im running a really rich needle with 60 pilots and 128 mains,,,weird, i know. apparently alot of dirt bike guys run set ups like this. they are 28mm pwks and actually had 125 mains in it before i put in ported reed cages,,,it leaned out a little bit so i went to 128's.and no, the piston did not melt because of this jetting combo either, i did several plug chops to ensure it was jetted correctly and ran this set up for 2 years. the reason the piston melted was because i didnt run my usual half 110 octane,my fault totally. its a stock head shaved .050 and rechambered to 18-19cc and i thought was border line race fuel,i ran straight 93 for 30 minutes and shee melted. any help would be appreciated.
  8. got some,,,thanx matt.
  9. ok guys, help me out if ya can. i need some good stock cylinder studs for atleast one jugg,if ya got enough for both cool. need em by friday. let me know guys....
  10. too fat on the mains for sure. try a 48 pilot,,160 mains
  11. the instructions that came with my prodesign is exactly how you guys, and my self wire tethers
  12. exactly how i did my pro design tether
  13. if all you have a is t6's and filter,i wouldnt waste my money on the vf3's, they work best on higher hp motors. there are better options for a fraction of the price for a stock piped motor. stock ported cages with dual stage reeds for starters.i picked up a pair for $40 shipped.the chariot set up also,,,its like $167...
  14. i have a pair of gold fronts on ebay. shawn4377 is my seller id,item # is 250664990343
