That's a scam its listed on my CL also
With the dead giveaway being that the phone number listed doesn't match the location they are mapped too and if you search the number it comes up with a scrambled name.

Actually here is a reasonable deal for an '06 SE model: http://kokomo.craigslist.org/snd/5793793836.html

I'd be thinking of a secured storage facility that would house it all so you wouldn't have to give it up.

One of the better deals on here in a while now. GLWS!

Not one but 2 of these:

I rode a banshee for five years on trails and sand. I'm thinking my King Quad Suzuki is a better trail machine than the banshee was. Also, if you were to pick between sand and woods, which I think the OP was asking, which would you pick? Banshees are superior sand quads hands down and that is what I would do DDQ. I'm not saying you can't trail a Shee, because I know it can be done.

Wrong.
Wrong on which? HFMC or trail riding?
-
HFMC is really better suited for SxS even though I have taken my trail machine there more than once. Banshees do best when set up for sand. I trail rode mine for years but have come to the conclusion there are a lot better options out there for trails than a Shee.

It can be done but it wouldn't be right.
All you need to know.

If they were stage 5s I would buy them off of you right now for my TRX. I love my stage 3s for the trails but they are useless on any serious rough stuff.
These won't work for your shee.
-
Or you could buy a Lonestar Axcalibur. ATV Galaxy has them for $309 on Ebay. Those are real tough to mess up.

When you get it apart finally, please post pics of the rods.....I'm curious now.

From what I have seen in the past it wouldn't work. People are stuck on the AMA, as if they actually do anything for the sport. It's ridiculous.
Pay them $40 a year for nothing. That same money could go to the clubs for hill improvements, but they all insist on operating under the AMA umbrella.
Part of their reasoning was because it makes them look "legit." My argument was to who? NO ONE follows amateur hillclimbing because it gets no exposure.
There are about 200 hillclimbers across the country and not even all of them know what's going on most of the time.
Its gotten even worse in mx in some parts of the country too. MX used to be thriving and due to a lot of politics and noise from four strokes tracks have closed too.

If it is surging as it is trying to build power start with the needle settings.

might be blown head gasket.

Two things.............
One, your woman rocks.
Two, Raptor looking plastics on a Shee will only invite ridicule by certain members of the board (you'll figure it out soon)
Welcome and former MXer myself.

Even Minkia's OEM stators are better than the after market ones.

That steering stabilizer is the real deal. Not cheap but worth every penny.
