  1. iirc, the key is N/O & grounds to kill. Might wanna ohm coil ground to frame... key on n off & same w/ cdi kill wire. To see what switch is grounding... ill bet ebay sw is N/C & wired in differently than factory, & stb's harness is factory based.
  2. If it has factory adjustment style no. Most are universally honda style eccentric, not bolt/ stud adj.
  3. Did it Work before ? how did you wire in the DC conversion?
  4. Did he run it too? Well that eliminates most every issuse ...except tuning. Like 97 said , he's had issues in the past ( dome/ squish) . Work with him ; & 97 ; hopefully its something easily fixed.

  7. ^^ U assemble or kevin? While your in there Make sure you dont have a china timing plate...there #'s are off! Can Fuel is not oxygenated or anything, is it?
  8. * cylinders widened Just make sure The machine shop is familiar with 2 strokes! Make sure he uses wiseco piston clearance. You don't need to change your jetting for that, but make sure you warm it up with wiseco in there... versus What you did with the stock Pistons. All this, assuming the old pistons look good and you didn't have a jetting issue before. Do a leak down test when you're done! Define more compression

  12. Fuel cap vent? u put correct bowls on correct carb? Float level? Just sprayed or disassembled & sprayed?
  13. Define higher idle I was at 340 stock port with pipes & pod filters @ sealevel so... Does kicker need to move away from motor or clocked, it will clock some, the splines are fine & will still be lined up with slot. Dont clock it so much, it rubs on clutch housing, when up tho.
