  2. sent PM Dt38K if anyone knows who this is please message me so i can contact them.
  3. full length star OEM spring, OPTIONAL roller bearing detent.. only way i would run it.
  4. really depends on the pipe. some " bigs and small" are just a different stinger size. others are very different pipes..
  5. the stingers on t6 are different they have beeter fit and better mounting so they wont fall off as easily as the T5 most porting just dosent work with a t6. they need a very specific port to really work right...
  6. most likely the only pipes i have ever just center mounted were FMF SST but i had to make a 2-1 air filter setup and of course move all the rear cdi stuff.. i think i have some shear center mount stingers? its just the tubes.. also think i have a set of tabs JD used to make for mounting..
  7. tri-z reed gaskets i mostly use import grey on my intakes these days seals up really nice. chariot has an intake that fits them nicely same intake thats used for the 2-1 intake. yes the back part..
  8. dont solid mount after its fixed make sure there is plenty of flew in the mounts like OEM
  9. leave it stock gearing get some sand star rear's. go ride
  10. swap silencers left and right make a mount for them where you want them to sit. get out your tools and skillz and do it. might take a few tries but that the way "custom" stuff is done. trial and error.
  11. for the mosty part yea.. funny thing is this bike is the only one that runs right now stock ish motor in it also
  12. Thanks for the info. Im starting to consider just using a complete machz engine and crankenstein style it onto a transmission bottom end. But will probably never happen lol
  13. i'm considering building a 3 cyl motor. i have an old jig that was used long time ago along with a lot of cometic base gaskets. so why not? Im not sure on how to clock the crank shaft? all 180* 2 fire then one? or should i attempt triple offseting them? what ignition setup has worked and how was it trigger'd? 3 MSD ignitions with a trigger wheel on a flywhee stub? could i use some existing yamaha 3 cylinder motor's oem crank stator coils CDI? i think this would work good if i could get it all lined out. i can cut a taper to match if that would be necessary. i am just not sure what yamaha 3 cylinder motors were out there jet ski? snomo? the first one i am thinking of doing a 4 mill maybe even stock stroke long rod and just a 65mm bore stock cylinder setup. unless i can find a triple cub or even T-rex 68 bore.. any help or suggestions would be great.
  14. 350 plus ship. Im heading to new york from ks. Might be anle to deliver. But im leaving wensday dec
  15. I mocked this one up about 200 times stared at it and tried different radiator mounting options many times. luckily I had these LRD's for the outlaw chassis sitting around. I wouldn't do much different. the worst thing about it is the clearance for the filters. but with stock carbs and small angled filters like I started with it fits fine.. my advice is take your time and just do what needs to be done its going to take a while but the more time you spend on it now the more you can just hop on and go ride. its been together for a few years now still with the turd sanmmich tree fiddy motoa in it. I just jump on and go ride. there is no easy way out. the easy way out ones in my opinion are leg burners and ride funky.
  16. the center splitter is to short there just isnt enough throw in that section.. the TORRS cable has a longer center section i have made a few in the past to open 35/36mm all the way by combining the 2 cables.
  17. just like it says PM me for info i can TEXT pictures.. $360.00 PLUS SHIPPING or PICK up central ks i have 2 sets of these 4tires total price is PER PAIR will give break if you buy all 4
  18. sounds like an average day in a older banshee. I would split motor completely down plan on a full rebuild. maybe leak test it first. replace all clutch componets basket inner outer hub new clutch pack. ( chariot basket OEM inner and outer FAST HD OEM clutch pack) do a "pro mod transmission" replace all the broken bits in there everything that has to do with shifting it. then what ever the rest of the motor needs probably a top/ bottom end rebuild too.. unless it all specs out ok.
  19. Being that I have had all the above.. lt banshee stock chassis is meh it will work ok most riders will never really push them to their full potential. BUT the outlaw shines in its OH SHIT moments and what it will absorb and make you look like a pro. I rode mine like it owed me money never a dull moment on that bike. there were many many moments I felt this is it I'm wrecking the shit out of it right meow. it would just take it and land on all 4's , the main reason I sold it was I was starting to get the YFZ conversion going and honestly I wasn't even able to push it to its limits I'm old and fat and just not a jumper. I felt at that time that I was so beat I couldn't ride anymore. the YFZ conversion IF DONE RIGHT!!!!! is an amazing bike it is by far the most fun I have had on a trail type banshee. with it the lighter weight overall and the geo of the yfz seat/ bars/ pegs is just really really nice. I could only imagine what it would be like if someone did an LTR that is the only other chassis I have rode that I felt was a great canidate for an aggressive rider. the ltr has more nose room and might be able to tuck the pipes in more.. my particular yfz was built out of an old MX pro level bike. the chassis/ suspension is about the same feeling as the outlaw. and it should be the rear is nearly the same setup ( cr500 link style) that with quad rate elkas and all the other junk it has id a very comfy and fun bike to ride. unless you find an mx yfz with a toasty motor the amount your going to spend to get to the level of the outlaws chassis will be about the same. if your going to do a conversion buy one that's built to the max. even if it costs a lil more $$$$ my donor cost me 3500.00 and I sold the yfz 4 choke motor out of it right away
  20. were they outsourcing all the CNC parts?? have such a backload of orders that they just had to shut down instead of making it work? seems strange cascade always had great products
