  1. BenBB, I had just posted along with another guy about the oil seals on the sprocket shaft leaking, I thought it may have been from riding in the warmer temps now thats its getiing warmer here in NC, but I had changed to a 10-30W myself now, I guess I need to clean it up and go back to gear oil. Any suggestions?
  2. I have noticed mine leaking as well since it has got warmer, I took my front sprocket off and its definetly the big seal behind the sprocket, are they a pain in the rump to put in? What about price and a good detailed way to install. Thanks, banshee nutt
  3. OK, Thanks for the info guys. It was castrol semi synthetic, gotta get this stuff out, hopefully it will be ok!
  4. If mine sits for a few months, I use my other quad to pull it and getting it going, usually works well. My shee is very cold natured. In warmer weather or when the engine has been ran for a few no problems.
  5. I was wondering man, looks like its back to the old school engine oil, I guess that synthetic is just to darn slick.....I may give that ATF a try, notice any improvements using it?
  6. I changed my oil today and went riding afterwards, noticing my clutch was slipping. It never did this until I changed to a synthetic oil. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Will the clutch grip with synthetic oils??????? Guess its back to castrol 10-40 for me!
  7. I'm in search of two front wheels now.......my stealership here quoted me a price of $165.14 for EACH front wheel from Yamaha brand new, I'm doing new aftermarkets shipped, two of them for $50 bucks cheaper! Go with an aftermarket wheel.
  8. Boy consider yourself lucky.........I have to pull start mine with another quad if its really cold outside, no problem on warm days, 1 to 2 kicks and it going!
  9. People PANIC and FORGET or either it happened so damn FAST......LMAO.......glad you are not SERIOUSLY hurt! For the other guy wanting to know what is TORS= Throttle Override System..........suspose to take care of things like this.....LOL
  10. I would do it the old fashion way, beat it out of him !!!!!!!!!!!!
  11. I put these on after I busted one of my original lights. They throw out just as good of lighting as the original. Available from wal-mart, small off road lights. I bolted them on the fender support tab and then dirrectly to the fender. They are adjustable and look kewl. I've got to trim the tabs off from the original lights and I'll be done.
  12. My GLOCK cost a one time purchase price of $625........................................
