After rerunning my lines twice this morning i decided to use zip ties on my "T". As i was zip tieing all three lines on it, the bubbles started to disappear. Yeah wow. That easy. Then i put two more on the petcock. No more bubbles. My resi filter on my petcock was pretty filthy too. But i think it was all the damn leaks from lack of a seal on the "T". Every bit helps/hurts.

Thanks guys. It didnt solve my cutting out at WOT but at least i know it isnt a bubbleproblem :thanks:

Yup pretty sure it's a fuel issue. It's like after WOT for long enough, it just runs out of fuel. Gona check the floats etc one thing at a time. Gotta knock things out one by one. It's a royal pain in the ass but it's something simple, always is.

The OKO's love to drain the bowls on a decent WOT run, the fuel inlet and needle setup doesn't flow enough in stock form to feed a strong motor. Make sure that your fuel lines are nice and even to each carb, and then cross drill the boss that the needle slides in. These holes will allow more fuel to flow into the bowl when the needle is down but the needle will still seal as long as you don't knick the seat surface when drilling. Drill through like in the picture and then drill another set at 90* to these two, you should end up with four extra holes total in the each carb. No more breaking up/going flat at WOT.

We've done this on a couple strong 4mm motors in the past and it has solved the problem completely

I see one hole through and through. Are you counting one hole on each side as two total showing in the picture?

Many people are telling me to get a pingle valve. You ever tried that first? What about a fuel pump also?

And what do you mean by seat surface?

I think he is saying that more fuel can flow out those two holes instead of down and around the float needle. When the bowls are full the float needle will still stop fuel flow. It looks like to me that is what he is talking about just drill straight through making two holes that is what is in the pic. Seems like it should work.

Master of Faster I drilled two extra holes in each carb even with the stock ones. It didnt help. Seems i will have to try taking one float out or/and waiting for my pingle to come in next week. Thanks anyways.

The bike still cuts out and idles high after a run.

Atleast its a n easy fix. Was that the only leak?

I guess you didn't need that pingle after all. Oh well.
