Junksheerider
Trying to get my jetting set right and can't get my banshee to idle. The motor is stock, just did a complete rebuild, stock carbs, running an air box without lid with flopro adapter and k&n filter. I'm at 719' asl. I have vforce 4 reeds on the way for it. Right now my jetting is a 30 pilot 1.5 turns out on the air screw and 280 main. It had a 25 pilot and 290 main when I got it. Torrs is bypassed and the idle screws are in 8 turns from flush with the inside of the carb body, and I still can't get it to idle very good when warm and has a slight bog. Smokes a lot at idle but runs great above a quarter throttle. Ran the same way with 25 pilots and 290 mains. When I adjust the air screws it doesn't seem to make any difference. Any ideas for me? RIPPIN' IT UP
That 30 pilot might be a bit big until you put the vforce 4 reeds in. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
