Kleinki
Had a cracked overflow tube on a keihin carb once on a KTM right down the bottom of the tube. What is the model of carb & what is the rate that the fuel runs out at, has in drips per minute sort of thing? Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk 35mm keihin carb... It was pooring out like if the needle was stuck.

Kleinki
the angle the carb sits on the intake boots will play a HUGE roll in that issue too! I had the exact same issue and it was due to my intake (was a billet intake with built in crossover) that put my carbs on too much of an angle and caused the fuel to flow out the over flow. I changed the intakes to different ones that addressed my carb angle and havent had any issues to date. Bending the little tube would of sorted that problem i guess.... Loads of ktm rides have the same problem mostly fuel splashing around the bowl and running out so they block it off but dont wane do that... Just happy its working now..
