Broken reeds

Those are some good thoughts, thanks for the input. I had planned on calling lane tomorrow and seeing what he thinks. I've already prepared my self mentally for worst case scenario answers as well lol not the end of the world, like I said I'm just happy I found this out and am kinda surprised I didn't check the reeds days ago like I should have. Rookie mistake, you learn.

If it were me, I'd replace the pedals and gaskets and run it til it breaks.

 

Save some scratch and do the 421 Assassin upgrade if it breaks.

 

No point tearing down a tired motor and putting it back together and chance not finding a damn thing.

 

Worst case is you might have to have the crank rebuilt or replaced.

 

If it were a new motor, then yes, tear into it!
