  1. I havent even been able to keep it running long enough. Wont i have to run it down the street to do a correct plug chop
  2. So i just got her put back together with good compression again. I tried putting 230 mains with 27.5 pilot. And it just seams so be running really rich . I went back to the factory crossover for the intake .. not sure any pointers would be awesome .much appreciated
  3. So i just rebuilt my bike top end because compression got down to 85psi now that im back up to 125 in both cylinders. The bike is completely stock besides it has 2 k&n pod filters . It has stock carbs with the tors delete. Im running in lower michigan where the elevation is about 600ft above sea level. What jets should i have in the bike . Im running a 32:1 mixture with klotz r50. Any help would be awesome thanks in advance
  4. Well i just pulled the head off so i can see what im working with . The piston is .40 over but the piston and ring doesnt have much play in the cylinder is there something else i should check before ordering piston and rings?.also the jug is in great shape is it possible to just do rings ?
  5. Thanks for the help im going to get a better compression tester today . I have the carbs off looking at jets .would it make a difference if i had the carbs on or off when i test compression?
  6. I beleive me running with the 200 jet cause me to loose somw compression im down to 80 psi now on both cylinders. Time for a rebuild and a jet kit .. so if i get a 240 jet with a 27.5 pilot jet and ditch the boost bottle i should be good right
  7. I didnt get to ride it much before i got it home. The guy i got it from said he was riding it everyday . But idk and i beleive im right around 900ft of elevation

  11. Once again sorry about the noob questions . So the main jet has 200 stamped on it im guessing thats the main jet size. Now the amaller jet below it is the pilot correct? Where is that one normally stamped ? And does a 200 main jet seem ok for a stock banshee .only thing it has is k and n pod filters and a boost bottle with tors delete?
  12. I. Just pulled my carb apart can anyone tell me where i can find my jet size sorry for the noob problem. I was told by a few ppl my jetting is off but i need to see what jet sizes i have first . Thanks in advance
  13. So i traded my 450 a week ago for an 01 banshee . Ive always wanted one and now i got it .it will idle and start first or second kick everytime . The problem is when i throttle past maybe 3/4 of the way it wants to bog and almost seems like no power . But if i keep it under 3/4 throttle it will rip and sound just fine. Im stuck here. It is pretty stock with a boost bottle ,and k &n pod filters. Not sure of the jetting being i just got it. Also has tors deleted but not sure if maybe he didnt do that right. Any help would be awesome.
